The absorption of root system was the main sources of nitrogen in the plant.The effects of matrix ventilation on the abaorption,transportion and metabolism of nitrogen in the root system of cucmber were discussed deeply.The results showed that contents of ammonium,nitrate,free amino acids and soluble protein in cucumber roots were higher in G1 treatment.Contents of ammonium,nitrate and free amino acids in cucumber roots were the trend of the dropping after the first rising in F1 treatment,but contents of soluble protein was lower11.03%than that of the control.

根系吸收是植物体内氮素的主要来源，本研究深入探讨了基质通气状况对黄瓜根系氮素吸收、运输和氮代谢的影响，结果表明G1通气处理根系的铵盐、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量均较高；非通气处理(F1处理)根系内铵盐、硝酸盐和游离氨基酸含量呈先升高后降低的趋势，而可溶性蛋白含量始终较低，比对照降低11.03%。G1处理根系硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均较高；而F1处理的酶活性在处理末期显著降低，其中谷氨酰胺合成酶活性比对照降低33.33%。

The result of the experiment showed that the qualitative medium - speed filter paper can be used as the material of the nitrite - detecting paper: color developing reagent A containing 4 - aminobenzene sulfonamide and N - 1 naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride, and mixtures of 1 : 1 naphthylamine solution and sulfanilic acid solution as color developing reagent.

实验结果表明：定性中速滤纸可以作为亚硝酸根试纸的材料；含有4-氨基苯磺酰胺和N-1-萘基乙二胺盐酸盐的显色剂A及含有1：1的α-萘胺溶液和对氨基苯磺酸溶液的显色剂B，按1：1混合后可以作为显色剂；通过应用实验表明，亚硝酸根试纸具有体积小、便于携带、检测方便、成本低廉等特点。

Results show that, by using thionyl chloride and N,N-dimethyl formamide as chlorinating reagent and dichloromethane as solvent and taking -15℃ as reaction temperature, Z-iomer crystals with pale white color and stable to temperature can be obtained with an overall yield of 70%.

Serum immunoglobulin of Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii, Chinese sturgeon Acipenser sinesis and Huso sturgeon Huso dauricus which were healthy and unimmuned, was first time respectively purified by using saturation ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by Sephadex G-200 gel column chromatography. Molecular weight and partial characterization of Ig and heavy chain and light chain of Ig were measured by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Western blotting and Ouchterlony method.

With benzoic acid, terephthalic acid, 2. 6naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, dimethyl-2, 6-naphthalene dicarboxylate as solutes, water, acetic acid, N, N-dimethylformamide, N, N-dimethylacemide, dimethyl sulphoxide, N-methl2-ketopyrolidine, and the mixture of water and acetic acid as solvents respectively, the solubilities of 15 binary systems and 4 ternary systems were determined.

The diluent contain magnesium chloride, potassium citrate, sodium glutamate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, monopotassium phosphate and fructose, semen vitality is hightest after frozen.The average value is 0.52,highter than other 5 diluent significantly (P﹤0.01).So chose this diluent as semen cryopreservation diluent on chicken. Definite cryoprotectant, equilibrium time and thaw temperature:On the base of test one,research freeze sheltering effect about glycerin, DMSO ,DMA and DMF, each with 4 consistency.The result showed that 10%DMSO sheltering effect is the best, the next is 4%DMA,semen vitality are 0.58 and 0.55 after frozen.

冷冻保护剂、平衡时间和解冻温度的确定在试验一的基础上，研究甘油、二甲基亚砜、二甲基乙酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺4种冷冻保护剂在4种浓度下对鸡精子的冷冻保护作用，结果表明，10%DMSO保护效果最好，其次为4%浓度的DMA，精液冻后活力分别为0.58和0.55，两者之间差异不显著(P﹥0.05)。

The results showed that MGM had good spherical shape and narrow size distribution,and the particles with diameters ranging from 0.13 mm to 0.28 mm were about 91 wt%.The surface hydrophilicity of Fe3O4 microcrystal was improved by formamide dispersing treatment.The gel particles made by the copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate and N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide could encapsule Fe3O4 microcrystal to produce colloid cores,and uniform and stable MGM microspheres were formed by the conglomeration of the colloid cores.

结果表明，合成的MGM呈球形，且粒度分布较窄，粒径为0.13～0.28 mm的粒子占91%；甲酰胺分散Fe3O4，微晶表面的亲水性进一步增强，单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和 N，N′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联共聚生成的胶粒能够包埋Fe3O4微晶形成胶核，胶核聚集形成均匀、稳定的MGM微球。

Composition of low molecular weight glutenin subunits and gliadins were investigated with thirty common wheat cultivars which are widely grown in Shangdong province. In our study we used acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, analysed Sedimentation test, Protein content, Mixing time, Stability, Max-resistance to extension, Farinograph Quality Number and Extensogram area of the 30 common wheats. They have close relationship with the technology properties of noodle wheat cultivars.

本研究通过酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，分析了30个山东省种植面积较大且具有部分代表性的普通小麦品种的低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白组成，测定了30个品种的蛋白质含量、沉淀值、面团形成时间、稳定性、粉质评价值、最大拉伸阻力和拉伸曲线面积等面粉及面团主要品质性状，分析了低分子量谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白组成与面条小麦品质性状的关系。
