RESULTS The water extractive and cos tunolide could inhibit intestine peristalsis of the mice; each team had an obvious cholagogic effect compared with control team and alcohol extractive was stronger than water extractive, costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone were very strong in cholagogic and could be regarded as the main cholagogic constituents.

结果 ig给木香水提物 1.4 g/kg，4.2 g/kg）和木香烃内酯（9 mg/kg，27 mg/kg）对小白鼠的肠蠕动具有抑制作用；熊去氧胆酸（100 mg/kg ）、木香水提物组（540 mg/kg）、木香醇提物组（480 mg/kg）、木香烃内酯组（100 mg/k g）、去氢木香内酯组（100 mg/kg）与对照组相比，各组均有明显的利胆作用，且醇提物要比水提物作用强，木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯利胆作用很强，可视为木香中的主要利胆成分。

In the presence of an expanded VLDL triglyceride pool, there is enhanced exchange of triglyceride for cholesteryl ester between VLDL and HDL by cholesteryl ester transfer protein, leading to the formation of triglyceride-enriched HDL.

Results: A total of 18 kinds of SVOCs were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, the main compounds deteced were dimethylphthalate, diethylphthalate, dibuylphthalate, bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, phenol, chrysene, benzo anthracene, benzo fluoranthene, benzo perylene, indeno (1, 2, 3-cd) pyrene, dibenzo anthraeene.

结果：定性定量检出邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、双（2-乙己基）邻苯二甲酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、丁基苄基邻苯二甲酸酯、苯酚、4-甲基苯酚、萘、荧蒽、芘、屈、苯并蒽、苯并荧蒽、苯并荧蒽、苯并二萘嵌苯、茚并(1，2，3-cd)芘和二苯并蒽18种优先控制有机污染物。

The n-butyl lactate was synthesied by the esterification of lactic acid and n-butyl alcohol in presence of ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate NH4Fe(SO4)212H2O,and the factor influencing on the yield of reaction were discussed.

摘 要：在十二水合硫酸铁铵催化下，由乳酸和正丁醇发生酯化反应合成了乳酸正丁酯。实验考察了该催化剂催化酯化合成乳酸正丁酯的醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度诸因素对酯化率的影响。

The reaction conditions of synthesizingcyclohexyl acetate catalyzed with ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate NH4Fe(SO42.12H2Oare studied .The yield of cyclohexyl acetate can reach 87.2% under mole ratio of aceticacid,cyclohexyl alcohol and ammonium ferric sulfate is 1∶0.44∶0.02,cyclohexane as solvent ,refluxing and segregating water for 60min.

研究了NH4Fe(SO4)2.12H2O催化合成乙酸环己酯的反应条件，当乙酸、环己醇和硫酸铁铵的摩尔比为1∶0.44∶0.02，以环己烷为溶剂，回流分水60min，乙酸环己酯收率达87.2%，在相同反应条件下，合成了甲酸环己酯(收率为68.5%)、丙酸环己酯(收率为59.4%)和丁酸环己酯(收率为21.6%)。

For example ,the non－ polar materials like hydrocarbons are heavy and draggy as compared to polar emollients,isoparaffins are light and smooth,the polar esters were significantly lighter and smoother,the branched chain and unsaturated esters were exceptionally light and smooth,in the case of straight chain esters,as the emollients become smoother and lighter ,the oiliness increases,in the case of unsaturated and branched chain esters,the emollient becomes lighter ,as well as less oily,when the alcohol chain length is decreased.

研究结果表明，物理化学特性明显影响润肤剂的轻柔感和油亮感，例如类似碳氢化合物的非极性物质相对于极性物质要粘稠些，异构烷烃则轻柔和光滑，带分支链的不饱和酯特别具有轻柔感和光滑感，带分支的不饱和酯相对直链饱和酯在油亮感方面有着特别的不同，直链酯随着产品光滑感和轻柔感的增加，油亮感也增加，对于带分支的不饱和酯而言，产品变得更轻柔，油亮感下降。

The yields of compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 based on furoin were 99.3%, 96.5%, 98.0% 99.4% and 98.7%, respectively.

Degradation test in vitro was carried out in phosphate buffer solution (0.1M, pH7. 4) at 37 ℃. The buffer solution was changed daily. Degradation test in vivo was implanted the sample to subdermal in adult ICH rat in the scapular area lateral to the dorsal midline. At suitable time the samples were recovered. Molecular weight changes in surface layer and bulk of polymer sample were measured by GPC and weight loss was determined gravimetrically. It was found that the degradation behavior can be regulated by changing the composition of copolymers. The critical compositions from surface to bulk degradation behavior for PGCA, PLCA, PLMCA, PLDCA systems were 15-20, 20-30, 30- 40, 40 of mol percent GA or LA unit in copolymers, respectively. The degradation behavior of PGCA, PLCA, PLMCA, PLDCA systems were compared and analysed. Some factors influencing the degradation character, such as copolymer composition, hydrophobicity, crystallinity and enzyme affect etc. played important role.

体外实验中材料降解环境为37℃，0.1M，pH7.4磷酸缓冲溶液，每天换液，定期取样；体内实验中将聚合物试样埋置于ICH小白鼠背部肩胛骨皮下部位，定期处死小鼠，取样，将体内体外样品进行重量损失及试样内外层分子量变化测定，分析各聚合物试样降解行为特性，实验结果证明，改变共聚物组成，可以调节各聚合体系降解行为特性，对PGCA，PLCA，PLMCA，PLDCA共聚体系，交酯摩尔百分含量15-20％，20-30％，30-40％，40％分别为各体系内降解行为特性由表面降解型向本体降解型过渡的临界转折点，交酯含量较低的聚合物不同程度地表现表面降解行为特性，论文对各共聚体系体内外降解行为作了分析对照，例如共聚物组成对材料降解速度与降解行为的影响；生物体内酶对降解行为的影响；材料亲疏水性，聚合物链段结晶行为及碳酸酯结构对材料降解行为的影响等，得出交酯/环碳酸酯共聚体系降解行为一些共性和规律。

The result showed due to yeast fermentation process there were many new aroma components in jujube wine which were different from the juice: Isoamyl alcohol, Phenylethyl alcohol, Benzyl alcohol and so on; jujube juice hexadecanoic acid and other senior fatty acid composition obviously degradated; Alcohols and esters composition were sharply upward.

反映出发酵过程由于酵母的繁殖代谢产生了很多新成分，如异戊醇，丁酸乙酯，辛酸乙酯等；枣汁中十六酸等高级脂肪酸成分明显降解，苯乙醇，2，3-丁二醇，己二酸(2-甲基)丁酯，己二酸二异丙酯等醇类和酯类成分呈急剧上升的趋势。
