The results show that:(1): to adopt the experimental method may not be used for industrial seaweed extract mannitol, iodine and the remaining scrap material extracted fucose sulfate polysaccharide;(2) This method can be used for pretreatment of industrial kelp in the water more than fucose sulfate extraction of sugar.

结果表明：（1）：采取本实验方法不可用于工业海带提取甘露醇、碘所剩余的废弃料提取岩藻多糖硫酸酯；（2）本实验方法可用于工业海带预处理水中岩藻多糖硫酸酯的提取。
