It has been observed that pyrocatechol and m-phenylenediamin can sensitively inhibit the discoloration of neutral red oxidation by the H2O2 and in the presence of catalyzer Fe in dilute sulfuric acid solution but the inhibitory effects of two organic compounds can not be added. Based on this research, the advantages of artificial neural network were adopted to handle the experimental data and a new inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry of simultaneous determination for pyrocatechol and m-phenylenediamin with artificial neural networks was established.

在硫酸性介质中，Fe能够催化H2O2氧化中性红褪色反应，邻苯二酚和间苯二胺都能阻抑该催化氧化褪色反应的速度，研究发现：两者对Fe催化H2O2氧化中性红褪色反应阻抑作用不具有加和性，根据这一现象，用人工神经网络处理非线性体系的优势进行数据处理，从而建立了一种新的测定邻苯二酚和间苯二胺混合物的人工神经网络阻抑动力学光度法。

The result shows that MWNT complex filtering membranes have 13.5% and 42.8% adsorptions for resorcin and alizarin red respectively. And, c-MWNT complex filtering membranes have 33.2% and 80.3% adsorptions for resorcin and alizarin red respectively. Comples filtering membrane have a great affinity for resorcin and alizarin red molecules. The membran been easily renewable, can be used repeatedly.

结果表明：制得的MWNT复合膜分别吸附了13.5%的间苯二酚和42.8%的茜素红；c-MWNT复合膜则分别吸附了33.2%的间苯二酚和80.3%的茜素红，复合膜对间苯二酚和茜素红表现出良好的吸附性，而且制得的复合膜极易再生，可重复使用。

ResultsESC(the extract of Solidago canadensis L.) markedly prolonged the writhing latent period and decreased the times of writhing of mice induced by ip acetic acid, while it had no obvious effect on the pain threshold value in hot plate test. ESC significantly prolonged the tussive latent period of mice, decreased the tussive times and increased phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea of mice. ESC was nontoxic according to the acute toxicity test.

结果首次对国产加拿大一枝黄花进行了体内药理作用研究，发现加拿大一枝黄花提取物能显著延长醋酸致小鼠扭体潜伏期，减少扭体次数；但未明显提高热板法实验小鼠的痛阈值；能显著抑制浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数；显著增加小鼠气管的酚红排泌量；急性毒性实验表明加拿大一枝黄花提取物无明显毒性，既不引起小鼠死亡也不影响小鼠体重正常增加。

Results show that aqueous solution (7. 35mg/mL) of saponins markedly prolongs the latent period of cough induced by ammonia liquor, increases the secretion of phenol red from the trachea in mice and decreases mice's activity strength and frequency.

结果表明：7.35 mg/mL百合皂苷液能显著地增加小白鼠支气管对酚红的排泌量，具有显著祛痰作用，对氨水引咳的小白鼠具有显著的镇咳作用，对小白鼠具有极显著的镇静作用。

METHODS:The measurment procedure was carried out using pH 8 phosphate salt buffer as solvent.Phenol red was determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry at 558 nm and 570 nm. Tinidazole was determined by multiple regression spectrophotometry at 290,300,318 nm and 340 nm.

Methods Cells were maintained in DMEM medium with 10% fetal bovine serum. Five days before the beginning of experiments, the cells were seeded in phenol red-free DMEM medium containing 5% charcoal dextran-treated FBS. The cells were harvested, and seeded in 6-well culture plates or in 75ml flacks.
