The chemical constitutes of sanguisorba were analyzed, the conditions on extracting tannin, flavone and oligoprocyanidins from sanguisorba by general lixiviating process and ultrasonic wave were optimize. The flavone and oligoprocyanidins were separated from sanguisorba and purified. The stability of polyphenol from sanguisorba was studied and the chemical structure of the products was analyzed.
