On the basis of HPLC analytical results, a reaction mechanism between chlorine dioxide and phenol had been proposed. The rate control step in the process of reaction was studied by using ab initio method. Opmital geometry of every species in reaction was caculated by the available gratient optimum software. The result of harmonic vibrational frequencies indicated that phenolate radical was a stable intermediale product.

根据对ClO〓氧化苯酚后的高压液相色谱图，提出了ClO〓与苯酚氧化反应的机理，并对反应机理中的速度控制步骤进行量子化学理论剖析，利用梯度优化软件计算了参加反应物种的平衡几何构型，振动频率分析的结果表明：酚氧自由基是稳定的反应中间体，利用ab initio计算软件计算了参加反应物种的总能量，酚盐负离子中的氧原子电荷密度，布居数和前线轨道。

RESULT: The K or K of laetrile, paeoniflorin and paeonol had no significant difference at concentration of 19.2~304.8, 18.4~329.5 and 7.8~125 μg/mL respectively or in four different regions of rat intestinal tract, the absorption quantity of laetrile, paeoniflorin and paeonol was proportional to its concentration respectively and the phenomena were not observed saturable. Except for Paeonol, the K and K of laetrile and paeoniflorin had no significant difference at pH value 5.0~7.4. The K or K of laetrile and paeoniflorin from the extration which contains one kind of active components was significantly less than that of same components from GuizhiFuling Capsule content.

结果：苦杏仁苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚分别在19.2~304.8、18.4~329.5、7.8~125 μg/mL浓度范围内，吸收量与浓度呈线性关系，无高浓度饱和现象，K、K值基本保持不变；除丹皮酚外，在pH 5.0至pH 7.4范围内苦杏仁苷、芍药苷的吸收不受pH影响；3成分在各肠段的K、K均无明显差异；仅含有上述3成分中一种成分的各个提取物的苦杏仁苷、芍药苷的K、K值显著小於由配方药材提取得到的胶囊内容物的相应成分的K、K值。

Results showed that the activity of soil poly-phenol oxidases and acid phosphatase, and soil respiration were suppressed by Starane at 0.5 and 5 mgkg^(-1) dry soil, respectively, during the first several days of experiment, but were slight promoted thereafter. In contrast, treatment with Starane at 50 mgkg^(-1) stimulated at the beginning of experiment but inhibited following that time the activity of soil poly-phenol oxidases and acid phosphatase and soil respiration. Activity of urease was stimulated at the beginning but inhibited in the following days by Starane at 0.5 and 50 mgkg^(-1) dry soil, respectively. However, the pattern of stimulation of urease activity at first several days of experiment followed by reduction to the basil level was observed. With respect to invertase, its activity was constantly depressed in the presence of Starane.
