Methods: Agar gel immunodiffusion test was conducted twice in agar gel plate with 0.1 mg/L bromophenol blue, first, agar gel immunodiffusion test was carried out with AFP-HSP70 cross-linking protein and AFP antibody, then the test was conducted again with the processed precipitation band and HSP70 antibody.

在含0.1 mg/L溴酚蓝的凝胶琼脂板上，进行2次琼脂免疫扩散实验，第1次是用AFP-HSP70交联蛋白和AFP抗体进行琼脂免疫扩散，把扩散后沉淀带处理后再次和HSP70抗体进行琼脂免疫扩散。

In order to compare the anti-oxidative effexts of tea polyphenol, rosemary extract and carnosine on mutton, which was treated by three natural anti-oxidants,and stored at 4℃, TBA value and POV value of mutton were detected at 0,1st,3rd,5th and 7th day, respectively.

Rats in the BMSCs group received 500 μL BMSCs suspension. Rats in the model group were injected with an equal volume of cell medium.

Through dynamic examination of electrolyses, this paper research on treatment efficiency of bipolar packed bed cell under different voltage, electrolyses time, PH value andThe experimental results show that the decompounding speed of phenol decrease with the electrolyze time increasing. With the cells voltage augment the decompounding rate of phenol increase also. But when the voltage exceed 10V, the increasing speed of decompounding rate decrease.

BPBC处理苯酚废水的实验研究结果表明，苯酚的降解速率与酚浓度呈一级反应关系，即随着实际电解时间的增加苯酚降解速率逐渐减小；随着槽电压的增大，苯酚的去除率也随之增大，但是槽电压超过10V后，苯酚去除率增加趋势减缓；在碱性条件下，pH值的变化对苯酚的去除率有一定的影响，随着pH值的增大，去除率逐渐的降低；空床流速过大时，苯酚去除率有一定的下降；投加电解质后，苯酚的去除率增加，而就投加NaCl和NaNO_3的情况下，投加等摩尔浓度的NaCl和NaNO_3，投加NaCl的效果要优于投加NaNO_3的效果；提高废水中的溶解氧有利于苯酚的去除。

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of heat treatment on flesh leatheriness of cold-stored loquat fruits and the possible mechanisms. Freshly harvested loquat fruits were pre-treated with hot air at 38℃ for five hours and then stored at (1±1)℃ for 35 days. Fruits firmness, extractable juice rate, the activities of phenylalanine ammonium-lyase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and polygalacturonase that were related to flesh leatheriness, and contents of lignin and pectin were analyzed at seven-day intervals during storage.
