MethodsELISA was applied to detect urinary β2-MG and RBP among 875 cadmium-exposed people and common people;creatinine was used for emendating;the results in the two groups were compared,meanwhile evaluation was made on the stability and feasibility of this method.

结果发现新生猪经2小时缺氧缺血后，在脑组织出现类似新生儿HIE病理损害的同时，肾脏出现肿胀，包膜下出血，肾小管上皮细胞肿胀，管腔变窄，少数上皮细胞坏死脱落，肾小管基膜完整，血清尿素氮及肌酐明显升高（P＜0.025及P＜0.05），表明在HIE状态下新生猪已出现肾脏的病理及功能损害，但损害程度较轻，解除缺氧72小时后，上述损害基本恢复正常。

The results demonstrate that the suitable esterifying conditions mainly require the proportion of APG to C4H2O3 as 1 to 1.2-1.4,under the tempreture of 70-85℃,and 4-6 hours of reaction time.

结果表明：酯化条件为APG；顺酐为1∶1.2-1.4，反应温度为70-85 ℃，反应时间为4-6 h为宜；磺化反应条件以10％？

Methods: 2ethyl aniline was used as starting material of the synthesis and was processed by acetic anhydride acylation, strong nitric acid nitraction at low temperature, and desacyl synthesis to produce 2ethyl5nitro aniline. The product was then synthesized to 3methyl6nitro1Hindazole by using ringclosing reaction in the presence of NaNO2, and then ethylated to obtain 2,3diethyl6 nitro2Hindazole. The latter compound was then reduced by SnCl2/Hcl to get target compound 2,3diethyl6nitro2Hindazole.

以2乙基苯胺为原料经醋酐酰化、浓硝酸低温硝化及去酰基保护合成2乙基5硝基苯胺，后用亚硝酸钠关环得3甲基6硝基1H吲唑，经硫酸二甲酯甲基化得2，3二甲基6硝基2H吲唑，最后用氯化亚锡将其还原得到目标产物，通过1H NMR确定结构与目标产物一致。

The product was then synthesized to 3-methyl-6-nitro-lH-indazole by using ring-closing reaction in the presence of NaNO2, and then ethylated to obtain 2, 3-diethyl-6- nitro-2H-indazole. Methods sd rats were used to make hemorrhagic shock model by 45% hemorrhage. effects of 4 ml/kg, 6 ml/kg and 8 ml/kg of hsd on blood gas were observed. twice volumes of lactated ringer's were used as control.

采用sd大鼠45%重度失血性休克模型，观察4 ml/kg，6 ml/kg 和8 ml/kg 7.5%的高渗氯化钠/6%的右旋糖酐复苏对失血性休克大鼠血ph值，二氧化碳分压（pco2），氧分压（po2）的影响，以2倍失血量的乳酸林格氏液做对照。

Effects of 4 mL/kg, 6 mL/kg and 8 mL/kg of HSD on blood gas were observed. Twice volumes of Lactated Ringer's were used as control. Results Blood PO2 and PCO2 had somewhat increase after different volume of HSD infusion, they were significantly higher than in LR control group.

Benzoate (400 mg/kg) or creatinine (400 mg/kg), two inhibitors of DAAO, blocked D-NNA-induced pressor responses in rats. Furthermore, the addition of the pure DAAO significantly potentiates L-NNA production rate in kidney homogenates by approximately 2-folds. The in vivo and in vitro results suggested that DAAO plays an essential role in the pressor responses elicited by D-NNA.

体内实验显示，DAAO的选择性抑制剂苯甲酸钠(400mg/kg)或肌酐(400mg/kg)均可在不同程度上抑制D-NNA升压作用，进一步研究发现，肾脏或肝脏DAAO酶液在外加DAAO后可提高D-NNA的手性转化约2倍，表明DAAO对于D-NNA在体内的手性转化是必需的。
