Methods Ninety patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observative group. The routine treatment including administration of diabetic diet, blood glucose control and lossing blood pressure for 8 weeks. Ramipril was performed in control group for 8 weeks. Fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, serum creatinine, urinary albumin excretion rate and plasma lipoprotein were detected and compared before treatment and 8 weeks later in two group.

90例DN患者随机分为两组，治疗组46例，对照组44例，两组患者均给予糖尿病饮食、控制血糖和降血压等常规治疗，对照组给予雷米普利，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予氟伐他汀，两组疗程均为8周；于治疗前和治疗8周后检测两组空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三脂、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白排泄率和血浆脂蛋白，并进行比较。

The product synthesized under the optimum conditions as follows had final acid value of 0.494 mgKOH/g,and conversion of reatants up to 99.59%,molar ratio of isooctanol to phthalic anhydride 3∶1,the dosage of both aluminium oxide and stannous octoate as catalyst 0.2%(based on the total mass of reactants),reaction time 2.5 hours.

考察了工艺条件对合成DOP的影响，结果表明，在异辛醇与苯酐摩尔比3∶1，氧化铝/辛酸亚锡复配催化剂用量分别占反应物总量的0.2%，反应温度230℃，反应时间2.5h的最佳工艺条件下，产品终点酸值0.494mgKOH/g，反应物转化率达99.59%。

Methods: A total of 42 eligible patients with ARF were randomly divided into two groups. Besides routine treatments for ARF, patients in therapeutic group were administrated with 5 000 U EPO, twice a week. Clinical parameters of patients in therapeutic group and control group such as duration of oliguria stage, time for creatinine decreased in half, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and albumin and so on were compared.

急性肾功能衰竭患者共42例，分为两组，治疗组在基础治疗的基础上，给予促红细胞生成素5 000 U，每周2次，对比两组患者少尿期持续时间、肌酐减半时间、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、白蛋白等指标。

Methods A total of 2 285 community residents, at the age of 51±16 years, from 4 different communities in Beijing, were randomly recruited in this cross-sectional investigation. Questionnaire was used to collect their medical history. Their PWV was detected by oscillometry. Laboratory tests were performed to detect their basal biochemical parameters including serum glucose, uric acid, lipid, and creatinine.

北京4个社区入选2 285名18-96岁居民，平均年龄51±16岁，用问卷调查方法采集病史，自动示波测量仪检测PWV，同期化验血脂、肌酐、尿酸、血糖等指标，简化的MDRD公式估测肾小球滤过率。

Low-fat diet was given to those patients. The changes of total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-denstiy lipoprotein,triglyceride,aproprotein A, aproprotein B, creatinine, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase were measured before and after 1,3,6,12 months of Simvastatin therapy(10mg,qd).

所有患者均采取低脂饮食，测定患者血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B、肌酐，谷草转氨酶及谷丙转氨酶等各参数数值；然后给予辛伐他汀10 mg，每晚一次口服，测定用药后1，3，6，12个月后以上各参数值的变化。

Results According to the treatment group, The total protein、albumin、globulin、the former albumin、serum glucose are higher than that of the control group; the Immunoglobulin (IgG、IgA、 IgM) are significantly higher than that of the control group, and the urea is significantly lower than that of the control group. Other indicators: total bilirubin、glutamic pyruvic transaminase、glutamic oxalacetic transaminase、alkaline phosphatase、creatinine、hemoglobin and the red blood cell count have no significant difference between the two groups.

结果 治疗组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、前白蛋白、血糖比对照组高；尿素比对照组明显减低；免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA、IgM）比对照组明显升高；总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、肌酐、血红蛋白、红细胞计数等项，两组无明显改变。

本部分研究选用国产C_(18)色谱柱，探索同时检测次黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤、尿酸、尿囊素和肌酐的方法。

The adsorption results of triethylene tetraamine-modified oxycellulose showed that:(1) when adsorption tests were carried at 37℃and pH7 in 5 h,static adsorption capacity of 0.5g adsorbent for urea(6g/L in dialysis solution),uric acid(1 g/L in redistilled water) and creatinine(0.1 g/L in dialysis solution) were 131.5mg/g,24.6mg/g,3.31mg/g respectively.

三乙烯基四胺基氧化纤维素的吸附性能结果表明：(1)吸附温度为37℃，pH值为7时，0.5g吸附剂对于尿素(6g/L透析液)、尿酸(1g/L二次水)、肌酐(0.1g/L透析液)在5h的静态吸附容量分别为131.5mg/g、24.6mg/g、3.31mg/g。

Parameters of subjects in the two groups are provided for the symptom with fever, headache, pantalgia, fatigue, cough, chest pain, short breath, palpitation; and the test of white cell count,lymphatic cell count, platelet count, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, oxygen saturation, chest x-ray were taken.

观察两组SARS患者治疗前后的发热、头痛、全身疼痛、乏力、咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难、腹泻；白细胞计数，淋巴细胞总数，血小板计数，血尿素氮，血肌酐，谷丙转氨酶，谷草转氨酶；动脉血氧饱和度，胸部X线检查17项指标。

The liver and kidney were partly removed and fixed with 4 % paraform phosphate buffer. The remnant of the liver was stored in liquid nitrogen and -80℃. 4.examination: Serum: ALT, AST, BUN, Scr in serum were measured by biochemical analyses and MDA,SOD by spectrophotometric methods and HA , LN, C-IV by radioimmunological methods.
