Since 2002, Institute of Coal Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences has been developing a new technology to prepare high-purity glyoxylic acid by maleic anhydride ozonation, which has been completed, and now the research of the downstream products of glyoxylic acid including vanillin, heliotropin and the substituted mandelic acid is underway.

中科院山西煤化所从2002年开始进行研究，完成顺酐臭氧化法制备高纯乙醛酸新技术工艺的开发，现正进行乙醛酸下游产品香兰素、洋茉莉醛、取代扁桃酸的技术研究。

The detection wavelength was selected at 220 nm. Results The method was linear over the concentration range of 2100 mgL^(-1) for creatine, uric acid, creatinine and hippuric acid and 100-1000 mgL^(-1) for urea. The mean recovery of the method was 97.6%-105.7%. The precisions were less than 4.2%.

结果肌酸、肌酐、尿酸和马尿酸的质量浓度在2~100 mgL^(-1)内、尿素的质量浓度在100~1 000 mgL^(-1)内线性关系良好，方法平均回收率为97.6%~105.7%，RSD均小于4.2%。

Results Compared with low-salt diet control group, the renal changes in CsA-L group were not obvious at the 2nd weeks, the urine volume and the level of BUN were remarkably increased in CsA-H group. At the 4th weeks, the urine volume was decreased; the levels of Crea and BUN were significantly increased and showed a significant positive correlation with the blood CsA concentration. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of renal tubular cells, hyalinization of small arterioles and the light renal interstitial fibrosis.

结果 与低盐对照组相比，药后第2周CsA-L组各指标无明显变化，CsA-H组尿量增多，尿蛋白降低，尿素氮升高；药后第4周时，尿量呈减少趋势，肌酐和BUN明显升高，且与CsA血药浓度呈显著正相关，病理表现为肾小管细胞空泡变性及小动脉和肾间质病变，CsA-H组各种变化较CsA-L组更为明显。

Results CsA clearly decreased creatinine clearance and increased urinary excretion of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in rats as compared with those in the vehicle group. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of tubular cell, expansion of the interstitium and interstitial fibrosis, hyalinization of afferent arterioles. Severity of the injury was related to the dosage of CsA. Striped interstitial fibrosis and arteriolopathy were more severe in the rats treated with CsA and low-salt diet than with CsA and normal diet.

结果 用CsA的大鼠出现尿量增多、内生肌酐清除率下降、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶排泄增多等；病理上表现为不同程度的细胞浊肿、空泡变性及灶性分布的间质纤维化和小动脉病变，随CsA剂量的增加，病变呈加重趋势；结合低钠饮食，CsA慢性肾毒性病变明显加重。
