Methods Among 14 cases of DGF, one was diagnosed as renal vein embolism, two as nephrotoxicity caused by CsA, six as acute tubular necrosis and five as acute rejection. The diagnoses were confirmed by clinical presentation, blood creatinine, color Doppler ultrasonography, and fine needle asperation biopsy, etc.

通过对发生DGF的14例患者临床表现、血肌酐、环孢素A血浓度、彩色多普勒超声、移植肾细针穿刺吸抽细胞学检查等分析，诊断移植肾静脉栓塞1例，CsA中毒性肾损害2例，急性肾小管坏死6例，急性排斥反应5例。

Methods The level of serum and urinary tissue-type plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAT-1) were measured in 38 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, 28 patients with nephropathy syndrome, 36 patients with chronic renal failure and 20 healthy subjects by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assary. The relationship among urinary t-PA, PAI-l and serum t-PA, PAT-1, urinary protein, serum creatinine were also observed. Results Levels of serum t-PA, PAI-1 in chronic kidney diseases increased remarkably compared with control group.

选择38例慢性肾小球肾炎，28例肾病综合征，36例非透析治疗的慢性肾功能不全和20例正常对照作为研究对象，应用ELISA法检测血清和尿液中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂－1(PAI-1)的浓度，同时分析尿中t-PA和PAI-1的水平与血t-PA、PAI-1、血肌酐和24h尿蛋白总量之间相关性。

方法］ 将SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、单纯缺血组、再灌注2 h组、4 h组、12 h组、24 h组，制备双侧肾蒂夹闭模型后，腹主动脉取血测血肌酐、尿素氮，行肾脏组织病理学检查，免疫组化法检测TGFβ1 蛋白，RT-PCR法检测TGFβ1 mRNA。

结论钾、钠测定使用离子选择电极间接法好于直接法；钙测定用间接法也较好，其次是偶氮砷Ⅲ法；磷测定使用磷钼酸紫外法结果较好；血糖测定用己糖激酶法结果较好；尿素测定用脲酶紫外速率法结果较好；肌酐用酶法结果较好；白蛋白测定用溴甲酚绿法较好；胆红素测定用酶法结果好，其次是钒酸氧化法；碱性磷酸酶测定使用AMP缓冲液结果较好；淀粉酶测定酶法底物法和碘比色法变异系数均较大，前者稍小，合格率后者稍高，各实验室可根据自己的条件加以选用。
