配置方法

The open architecture intelligent control system for the machining processes is developed and realized by using the key techniques such as plug in module , signal processing network and script command file , etc., on the PC/DSP based open architecture platform. According to the architecture requirements, the principle and development methods of the open real time platform as well as the PIMs used for the intelligent machining processes are studied and designed. Subsequently, the objective systems for the adaptive control and the on-line tool wear estimation are configured by using the SCF files separately.

研究了基于PC/DSP的开放结构智能切削加工控制系统的开发与实现，采用插入式模块PIM(Plug-In-Module)、信号处理网络SPNt和过程描述命令文件SCF等实现系统开放结构的三项关键技术，根据开放结构实时系统平台的结构特点、工作原理及开发过程，设计开发了基于智能切削加工理论和方法的插入式模块的算法流程，采用描述命令文件配置了自适应控制与刀具磨损在线估计的应用目标系统。

The second part is the second chapter of the paper, is introduces efficiency measurement methods and theory on banking, make matting for efficiency of the Rural Credit Unions. The third part is the third and fourth chapter of the paper ,and it is main body of the study .The third chapter is the efficiency analysis of the object ,the result show that the efficiency of RCU correspond, some lowlihead at all times, and scale inefficacy is mostly cause of RCU integrate technique inefficacy; The fourth chapter base the result analysis the factor affect RUCs technical efficiency ,discuss their relationship.

第三部分即是论文的第三、四章，这也是本研究的主体部分，第三章是对研究对象的DEA效率分析，首先对模型和指标的选择做出了详细的解释，并通过D卧模型实证分析了2000-2005年研究对象的效率及变化情况，结果显示苏北地区的农村信用社效率水平相当，部分县区的农信社效率在几年中一直低下，并且规模无效是导致农信社综合技术无效的主要原因；第四章主要用了经济计量学方法分析了影响农信社效率的主要因素与农信社效率的关系，得出资产规模、经营管理费用的增加会导致农信社效率的降低，而资源配置能力、多元化经营的水平、资产质量、资本充足率以及盈利能力与农信社效率呈正相关的关系。

Based on t he characteristic of vehicles arrive flow , we apply the method of queue theory t o develop the optimize model for the purpose of the lowest of time losing of toll system. Then we apply the queue theory to explain the best tollgates deployment.

Then, on the basis of modeling the manufacturing cell with the O-O method, the information model of the manufacturing cell is described with XML language. It provides a method of information exchange to the optimization and configuration of manufacturing cell together with the development of application system.

Our study rules out the effect of strain and composition alloying as the main factor of peak splitting. We attributed it to the existence of large amount of non-stoichiometry part in GaN/Si grown by MBE.
