In this paper, with 2-oxo-propionic acid salicyloyl hydrazone as a ligand, one calcium complex, three copper complexes and thirteen rare earth(RE=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu. Gd, Tb, Dy, Er, Tin, Yb and Lu) complexes have been synthesized. The crystals of four complexes were obtained, and the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X ray diffraction. One of the crystals is calcium complex, the other are binary and trinary complexes of copper.

Two classes of specific binding sites in the polymer matrix were investigated by Scatchard analysis, which indicated that two kinds of complexes between functional monomers and templates were formed before the polymerization process. Comparing with the structure of TNT and acrylamide, one kind of complex between TNT and acrylamide was strongly charge-transfer complexing interaction by p-πcomplex between electron-rich amino group of acrylamide and electron-deficiecy-benzene ring of TNT, the other was hydrogen bonding interaction between amino group (-NH_2) of acrylamide molecule nitro group (-NO_2) of TNT.

The protonation constants of formylformic acid thiosemicarbazone (A, H2FFTSC) and glycylglycine and stability constants of binary complexes formed they with Mn, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn and trinary complexes of M-FFTSC-GG at 25±0.1℃ and in the presence of 0.1 mol.L-1 KNO3 were determined. The relation between the stability of binary complexes of M-FFTSC and their disinfectivity and disinfection mechanism were discussed.
