首先是配制葛仙米培养液：采用磷酸氢二钾、硫酸镁、氯化钙、柠檬酸、柠檬酸铁铵、乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐、碳酸钠，微量元素溶液A5按比例配制；其次是葛仙米的培养：控制温度、光强、光质、培养液通气条件；第三是葛仙米的收获；第四是葛仙米多糖的提取；第五是葛仙米多糖的纯化、收获与干燥。
