Several regulations are provided in Taiwan to be against those crimes, such as "The Law of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act","The Money Laundering Control Act.","Communications Surveillance Act". But in fact, these regulations are not as appropriate as they supposed to be.
