This paper proposes an Improved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm.IPSO adopts a new mutation operator and a new method that congregates some neighboring individuals to form multiple sub-populations in order to lead particles to explore new search space.Additionally,this algorithm incorporates a mechanism with a simple and easy penalty function to handle constraint.Thus,this algorithm has strong global exploratory capability and efficiency while being applied to solve nonlinear constrained optimization problems.

提出了一种改进的粒子群算法（Improved Particle Swarm Optimization，IPSO），使用了一种新型的变异策略，并在搜索过程中将部分邻近的个体聚集成核，从而形成多子群引导粒子探测新的搜索区域，采用了简单易行的罚函数约束处理机制，使算法在求解较难的非线性约束优化问题时具有很强的全局搜索能力与效率。

Firstly, a pairwise comparing table is constructed by using a little outranking information, then decision rules are extracted from this table based on dominance rough set theory. Finally, we define a score function to sort all the alternatives and select the best one.

首先利用一小部分整体偏好信息构造一个成对比较表，然后根据优势粗糙集理论提取决策规则，最后定义一个评分函数对整个方案集进行排序和优选。

In view of these, the second part of this paper presents two sufficient conditions and two mixed type duals for the generalized fractional programming only under-convexity assumptions. For narrow-band signals, three uniform linear arrays, whose grating lobes are not overlapped by setting the angles between the arrays and the same pointing of main-lobes, are used and then multiplication of three patterns is operated to reduce the grating lobes of large-spaced array, which makes the array operate in broad band. For wideband or ultra-wideband signals, array pattern in the whole frequecy band is identical by designing the frequency-dependent weighting coefficients based on the Bessel function, and therefore grating lobes in high frequency parts are suppressed.

对于窄带接收信号，利用三个相交的大间距均匀线阵，通过设置它们之间的角度和主瓣指向相同使各自的栅瓣位置错开，然后把三个方向图相乘从而抑制大间距阵列栅瓣，因而适用于宽频带工作；对于宽带接收信号，利用Bessel函数设计与频率有关的加权系数，产生整个信号带宽内恒定的方向图，从而抑制了高频部分的栅瓣。

The sample BRDF curves variating with the scatter angle under several incident angles are given, and some of the curves were selected and sent into the artificial neural network. The network was trained with the Bayesian regularizing method. The mapping relation model of BRDF with incident and scatter angles was obtained.
