This thesis is main to divide three part, the first part was detailed to introduce the HLA foundation knowledge; The second part introduce introduces the data to filter two kinds of methods of mechanism, and make use of the software of pRTI of the X-rated edition that company of Pitch provide to filtered the mechanism to do the experiment to these two kinds of data.

本文主要分三大部分，第一部分详细介绍了HLA的基础知识；第二部分介绍了数据过滤机制的两种方法，并利用Pitch公司提供的限制级版本的pRTI软件对这两种数据过滤机制做了实验。

As mentioned above, this dissertation can be divided into two parts. One is devoted to study the high resolution ro-vibrational spectra of some asymmetry top molecules, such as D〓O and DOCl. Another is about studying anharmonic force field and vibrational intensities of some symmetry top molecules by quantum chemistry method, such as SiHCl〓 and AsH〓.

In the NPC cell lines,loss of BLU expression correlated with hypermethylation of the 20 CpG sites in the 5′ region of BLU(approximately -292bp to -23bp upstream the translation start site)as revealed by bisulphite sequencing. Expression of the gene was restored aftertreatment with 5-aza-2-deoxycytidine in CNE2, suggesting that repression of BLUtranscription might at least be partially mediated by promoter methylation.

结果显示，BLU基因翻译起点ATG上游-292--23bp区间内的20个CpG位点在5例细胞系中均被完全或者部分甲基化，与基因的表达缺失呈负相关关系；去甲基化试剂5-Aza-CdR处理CNE2后基因表达部分恢复，说明甲基化至少是引起BLU基因转录抑制的部分原因。

Gore-Tex artificial vessel was used for SVC replacement or bypass in all patients except one. Partial resection was done by stapler in 5 patients. Sleeve or partial resection of the pulmonary artery (sleeve resection of the pulmonary artery together with sleeve bronchoplasty in 4 patients) was performed in 41 patients and partial left atrium resection in 13 patients.

As for the realization of hardware,the thesis depicts the realization of every partof music recognition system based on the TMS320VC5402 in detail;as for thedevelopment of software,the thesis gives the software design flow chart of the musicrecognition system,simulates the basic theory with MATLAB language and gives thesimulation results.Well,with the characteristic parameters of the vocality and theinstrumental music,we can recognize the input digit music speech successfully andput forward it's pitch,cadent,and sing name.The result is comform that the musicrecognition based on the TMS320VC5402 is run well and the accuracy reaches 96percent.and it can meet the needs of the practicality application.

在硬件实现上，详细阐述了基于TMS320VC5402DSP的嵌入式音乐识别系统的各部分硬件设计，在软件开发上，给出了嵌入式音乐识别系统软件设计的各部分流程，并对各部分进行了仿真试验，给出了仿真结果，并分别对声乐和器乐这两种音乐信号进行了模板特征参数提取及其与待测信号进行匹配识别，试验结果表明：对音乐信号的识别精度在96%以上，成功实现了对音乐的音高、唱名、节奏的识别，满足了实际应用的需求。
