在过去，常常将腹部正中线耻骨与肚脐中间定为穿刺点，现在，由于腹腔穿刺引流大量液体以及腹中部脂肪厚度增加，左下腹成为腹腔穿刺部位（表1），在左下腹部中线至髂前上棘连线上2指宽（3cm）与距髂前上棘2指宽，已经显示较中部脂肪少及腹水较多是治疗性腹腔穿刺好的首选部位27，在盲肠有扩张或阑尾切除术后瘢痕时右下腹是次选的穿刺部位，应避开腹壁下动脉，这些血管走行在耻骨与髂前上棘之间的中线然后在腹直肌中向上行走，，腹壁可见的侧支循环亦应该避开，腹腔镜检查发现侧支循环可出现在中线并且在腹腔穿刺时有导致血管破裂的风险28。

objective:our aim is to investigate the relationship of vegf c,vegf d and lymph node metastasis in pancreatic cancer,and to elucidate the role and significance of the cancerous peripheral lymphatic tissue.methods: the expression of vegf c and vegf d was assayed by means of immunohistochemistry in 30 pancreatic carcinomas.results:the positive rates of vegf c、vegf d were 73%(22/30)、57%(17/30) respectively in pancreatic cancer.the expression of vegf c、 vegf d in cancerous invasive edge was significantly higher than that in the center of cancerous tissues.there was no correlation between the expression of vegf c、vegf dand the site,differentiation,histology types.

目的：探讨胰腺癌中vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达与淋巴结转移之间的相关关系，阐明癌周淋巴管增生在胰腺癌淋巴转移中的作用及意义。方法：免疫组化检测30例胰腺癌组织中vegf c、vegf d的表达及其与临床病理、淋巴结转移的关系。结果：胰腺癌vegf c、vegf d蛋白表达阳性率分别为73%(22/30)、57%（17/30），肿瘤周边部位显著高于肿瘤中心部位，其表达与肿瘤的部位、分化程度、组织学类型无关，与肿瘤的tnm分期有关，ⅲ~ⅳ期显著高于ⅰ~ⅱ期。

The successive stability constants which are obtained by non-linear least-squares methord fitting Bjerrum formula. In three- system ,the results from Scatchard plots indicate that there exists two strong binding site of Mn and one strong binding site of Zn,there are same results compareing with two -system ,but some more weak binding sites are different from the different addition sequence ,show that there are not common strong binding site of Mn,Zn in HSA or BSA .Strong binding sites have electiveness and unfalteringness ,weak binding sites exists irreversibility.

用非线性最小二乘法拟合Bjerrum方程，计算了同时竞争体系的逐级稳定常数；Scatchard图分析表明，三元体系中，Mn和Zn与血清白蛋白结强合部位数分别为2和1，与二元体系相比，保持不变，弱结合部位数随加入顺序的不同而不同，但都有所增加，竞争结果说明了Mn和Zn与血清白蛋白结合没有共同的强结合部位，强结合部位具有专一性，选择性，而弱结合部位具有不可逆性。

The endogenous phytohormones of fissurate growth species-Reaumuria trigyna Maxim, Reaumuria soongorical Maxim and unfissurate growth species-Helianthemum soongoricum Schrenk living in the same place was studied.The contents of IAA, ZR are higher in the fissurate place of Reaumuria trigyna Maxim; The contents of GA3, ZR are higher in the fissurate place in Reaumuria soongorical but the content of endogenous phytohormones are higher in seedling of Helianthemum soongoricum Schrenk ,which illuminates endogenous phytohormones are higher in the actively growing parts and probably adjust the fissurate growth.

对同一生境条件下进行劈裂生长的长叶红沙、红沙和无壁裂生长现象的半日花内源激素的研究发现，长叶红沙在刚刚开始劈裂的过渡植株的壁裂发生部位累积IAA和ZR，红沙在刚刚开始劈裂的过渡植株的壁裂发生部位累积GA：；和ZR，半日花则是幼苗茎基部的激素含量较高，说明内源激素在生长旺盛部位含量较高，对劈裂生长的发生具有一定的调控作用。
