Result:all the cases were diagnosed as early anfh by x-ray film in 35 sites,stage i showed osteoporosis and osteosclerosis in 15 sites,stage ii showed osteosclerosis and cystic hyalomere in 20 sites.56 cases of early anfh were discovered by ct in 43 sites.stage i stelliform sign distortion and osteoporosis and osteosclerosis in 17 sites,stage ii showed meniscus sign was 26 sites.

结果：全部患者x线平片诊断早期anfh共35个部位，其中ⅰ期占15个，x线表现为骨质疏松及骨硬化；ii期20个，表现为骨硬化和囊状低密度区。ct发现早期anfh共43个部位，其中i期占17个，表现为组成骨小梁星芒结构消失，骨质疏松变和骨硬化；ii期26个，表现为囊状低密度区及骨硬化。

According to a questionnaire issued by the Hunan Normal University athletes CHOOSE parade the status of sport injury, injury causes, preventive measures were discussed, mainly come to the following conclusions:① CHOOSE parade of the athletes sports injuries are more common, the rate of injuries 88% of the injury concentrated in the wrist position and thighs of 35.84%; waist accounted for 16.98 percent, 15.09 percent of the knee, shoulder or 11.32 percent, accounting for 9.43 percent of ankle, elbow or 7.54 percent, abdomen, accounting for 3.79%② CHOOSE Exercises for the main types of injury ligament injury, accounting for 33.96 percent; joint injury, accounting for 16.98 percent; muscle sprain, accounting for 15.09 percent; contusion, accounting for 11.32 percent; periostitis, accounting for 9.43%; tenosynovitis, accounting for 7.54 % bursitis, accounting for 3.77%; fracture, or 1.88 percent ③ CHOOSE Exercises injury in the course divided into acute injury and chronic injuries, mainly to acute injury.

根据所发放的运动员问卷对湖南师范大学啦啦操运动员运动损伤的现状、损伤成因、预防对策进行了探讨，主要得出以下结论：①啦啦操运动员运动损伤的情况较为普遍，伤病率达88%；损伤的部位集中在手腕关节和大腿占35.84%；腰部占16.98%，膝关节占15.09%，肩关节占11.32%，踝关节占9.43%，肘部占7.54%，腹部，占3.79%②啦啦操运动损伤的种类主要为韧带拉伤，占33.96 %；关节损伤，占16.98%；肌肉扭伤，占15.09%；挫伤，占11.32%；骨膜炎，占9.43%；腱鞘炎，占7.54%；滑囊炎，占3.77%；骨折，占1.88%③啦啦操运动损伤的病程分为急性损伤和慢性损伤，以急性损伤为主④啦啦操运动损伤的时间主要集中在10一12月份，1一3月份⑤啦啦操运动员运动损伤的预防对策主要包括：注重体能训练提高体能储备、合理安排训练内容和负荷、加强身体全面训练和易伤部位练习的实效性训练、重视运动技术的分析和研究、重视训练后的恢复措施、加强医务监督提高自我保护、重视训练后的放松运动。

MethodsWe chose 20 adult cadavers' lower limbs, dissected the MCNs, observed their original sites, shapes, courses and distribution, and measured the perpendicular distance from original sites of MCNs from tibial nerve, original sites of their branches to the tip of medial malleolus, and the external diameters of their main trunks and branches. ResultsThe frequency of the MCN was 95% in this array.

Results:(1)Among 40 rats, 36 rats were successfully established and the rate of success is 90 percent;(2)All the successfully established models demonstrated polydipsia, polyuria and the body weight was not increased. 6 rats suffered cataract after 3 months, and 4 rats died in 6 months;(3)There was an approximately 61% loss of retinal ganglion cells in the central retina and the thickness of retina thinner under microscope ( P 0.01 ).(4) Electroscope changes include the thinner of retina, disorganization of the membranous disc of the rod cells and the thickness of basal membrane of vessal.(5)In normal group, 1 month dibetes mellitus and 1 month treatmen group, there was no expression of ERK1/ERK2 on the retina tissues. In 3 month diabetes mellitus group, the expression of ERK1/ERK2 was positive.

结果：①40只建模大鼠中36只建模成功，建模成功率为90%；②建模成功的大鼠都表现出多饮、多尿、消瘦、体重不增的表现，有6只大鼠在3个月后出现白内障，有4只大鼠在喂养接近至6个月时死亡；③HE染色光镜下6个月大鼠后极部视网膜节细胞层细胞数明显减少，减少约61%(P.01)，后极部视网膜明显变薄(P.01)；④电镜观察，视网膜变薄，视杆细胞膜盘紊乱，血管基底膜增厚等表现；⑤正常组、糖尿病组和治疗组1个月大鼠视网膜中未见ERK1/ERK2的表达，糖尿病组视网膜组织中3个月时可见少量表达，ERK1/ERK2表达部位为神经节细胞层和内核层；6个月时表达强阳性，部位表达不仅见于内核层、神经节细胞层，色素上皮层也见表达。

The TLC of them were concordance.They presented the same color fluorescence in the corresponding position at the ultraviolet light(365nm). After the vanillic aldehyde sulphuric acid ethanol solution developed, violet color spots presented at the same place. Reference substance of Polysaccharide presented violet color ,but in the corresponding position the crude and the prepared didn't show the spots . It proves that the chemical constituents of Polygala Root may not have changed after stir-baked with honey.
