Results The 8 cases of supratentorial lesions included temporal lobe lesion in 4 cases,occipital lobe,fronto-occipital lobe,fronto-parietal lobe,parietal lobe,frontal lobe in each 1 case.All the lesions were quite large in volume,and the largest one was 6.0cm×5.2cm×6.2cm.All the lesions locate close to the convexity of brain,and the meninges around the lesions were not incrassation and enhancement.All the supratentorial lesions were regular in shape,well demarked,and often with slight peritumoral edema in 6 cases and no edema in 2 cases.The lesions demonstrated long T1 and long T2 signal intensity,mixed signal intensity on T1WI and T2WI.Small cystic degeneration could be seen in 2 cases.

本组病例肿块均较，均位于脑实质内，占位效应明显，最大者 6.0cm×5.2cm×6.2cm，最小者为4.5cm×3.8cm×3.8cm；位置表浅，邻近脑膜，但周围脑膜无明显增厚；肿块形态：类圆形6例，不规则形2例；肿块边缘清楚；均匀实性肿块6例，肿块内可见囊性改变2例；肿块周围可见轻度水肿6例，2例肿块周围无水肿；肿块信号相对均匀，T1WI呈稍低或低信号，T2WI呈稍高或高信号，其中2例肿块内可见脑脊液样T1、T2信号影；肿块呈均匀强化6例，环状强化2例。

Further picosecond PL studies on dendronized PFs show that the fluorene-based emission in dilute solution follows a single exponential decay, whereas those in thin film decayed in a multi-phase manner and the lifetime prolongs with the generation of dendronization. These observations are discussed in terms of dispersive transport happening between adjacent chains in film. The dispersive relaxation can be controlled by site isolation of bulky dendrons. Our results prove that dendronization is highly effective in controlling the inter-chain interactions of fluorene-based polymers.

In order to calculate Melting Temperature in a more reasonable way, we use the SOFM of kohonen neural-networks to extract wild field features from DNA sequence, and a back propagation network is employed to predict Tm of DNA duplexes with these features.

For the climatic characteristics of the onset of the SCS summer monsoon, results reveal: 1 the SCS summer monsoon brusts at the 4th pentad in May; 2 the onset of the SCS summer monsoon is closely related to the southwesterly monsoon over the eastern Bay of Bengal, as induced by the intensification and eastward advancement of the latter; 3 the rainy season of the SCS summer monsoon bursts after the onset of the SCS summer monsoon basically; and 4 the atmospheric circulations exhibit rapid changes at different heights over the SCS and its adjacent districts, during the establishment peroid of the SCS summer monsoon, these include: i in lower troposphere, the southward expansion and deepening of the Indo-Burma trough; ii in middle troposphere, the rapid easterward retreat of the western Pacific subtropicl high form the SCS region, iii in upper troposphere, the fast radiation of the easterlies form the center of the SCS region to the whole of it apparently.

Results of the experimental groups: Comparison with the control groups, in 6h and 8h groups eminences of ependymal cells with cobblestone-like appearance were seen, their microvilli were further richer, and a number of microholes could be found on their base. In body part of SFO cell membrane of some ependymal cells were broken completely, their cytoplasm was no longer seen, and cell nucleus located at one side of the cell, 5-7μm in diameter and dividing lobe-like in shape. Beside those cells some ependymal cells appeared many folds on the top of surface. In 2h and 16h groups the observation results seemed no significant differences from the corresponding control groups.
