本刊主要刊登来自中国及邻近地区包括台湾、香港、澳门等地有关性传播疾病、HIV感染/艾滋病领域的有关临床、实验、免疫学、流行病学和社会学等方面研究的原创论文、综述、病历报告、述评及通讯等稿件。

When the viewpoint is changing quickly, the rendering algorithm ignores some details of the diffuse component, otherwise the scene is rendered more precisely. The Specula highlight is dependent of the viewpoint, it must be processed in real time. We present an algorithm to get rid of the area that does not contain specula highlight quickly and calculate only the area that contains the specula highlight. In order to calculate the specula reflection and refraction component, we presented a new raytracing algorithm based on the environment map transformation. The environment maps are constructed at the sample points of the scene in the preprocessing phase. We add depth information in the environment maps and generate the exact reflection and refraction intensity with the transformation of a few pixels.

对于表面光亮度漫射分量，由于它与视点无关，可以把面片按照光照细节的分布预剖分成层次结构，然后在实时漫游时根据场景变化的快慢决定绘制的细致程度；对于镜面高光分量，由于它与视点有关，必须实时处理，我们提出了一种快速高光裁剪算法，通过简单测试，去除那些不包含高光的区域，只处理包含高光的区域；对于镜面反射分量和折射分量，我们提出了一种基于环境映照变换的快速光线跟踪算法，预先在场景的离散采样点处建立环境映照，然后根据入射点的位置，把邻近采样点处的环境映照上相关象素处的可见点变换过来，求取反射分量和折射分量。

Results The main CT finds were as follow:①Bilaterial margins of the lesion were perpendicular to pleura with a straight cut edge presenting a square sign;②The density at the central area,some-times presenting a halo-like apperance;③Irre-gular or spiculate margins with illdefined outline could be seen;④There was extensive pleural thickening involving interlobar fissure as a response to inflamation;⑤There were small patches of slightly high density and intensified vascular markings surrounding the lesions;⑥After short-term anti-inflam-matory therrapy,most lesions were obviously reduced in size.

结果 26例球形肺炎的主要CT表现为：①邻近胸膜病变两侧缘垂直于胸膜呈刀切样平直边缘，病变呈方形；②病变中央密度高，边缘密度低，显示晕圈状改变；③病变边缘可不规则，有锯齿状改变且较模糊；④周围胸膜反应显著，有较广泛增厚；⑤病变周围血管纹理增多、增粗、扭曲，但无僵直和受牵拉；⑥抗炎治疗后病变明显吸收缩小。

Results: Forty- four nodules were available for final evaluation. Average nodule volume was 501.9 mm3(range,17mm3～2496.4mm3).Thirty-two nodules had well-defined edges, and 12 had irregular or spiculated margins.

结果： 44个结节作为最终体积测量对象，肺小结节体积变化范围17 mm3～2496.4 mm3 ，平均值为501.9 mm3.32个结节边缘光滑，12个边缘不规则或呈针尖状。31个结节位于肺实质内，9个靠近胸膜，4个邻近血管。41个呈实性未见钙化，2个斑点状钙化，1个完全钙化。

RESULTS: Cardiac amyloidosis was detected by EMB in 15 of the 33 patients. In patients with biopsy-proven cardiac amyloidosis, CMRI revealed a distinct pattern of late gadolinium enhancement, which was distributed over the entire subendocardial circumference, extending in various degrees into the neighboring myocardium.

结果：33例患者中，15例EMB证实有心肌淀粉样变性，在EMB证实患者中，CMRI显示延迟钆增强的特殊模式，分布于整个心内膜下，不同程度上延伸至邻近心肌。

Pseudotumors and cysts may arise from hemorrhage into muscles or within the subperiosteal space and can lead to destruction of adjacent muscles, neres, essels, and bone.

Wider access to the joint may be attained in the following ways:(1) by extending the incision proximally,(2) by extending the proximal part of the incision obliquely medially and separating the fibers of the astus medialis,(3) by diiding the medial alar fold and adjacent fat pad longitudinally, and (4) by mobilizing the medial part of the insertion of the patellar tendon subperiosteally.

The supraorbital approach requires a much smaller skin incision, but could provide sufficient operating space in the suprasellar region for tumor removal which not only makes excellent surgical exposure for tumor and other structure in sella region and diminish brain retractionand tissue trauma, but also benefits for total excision of craniopharyngioma. So it is an effective and safe operative approach for tumor in the sella region.
