邻苯二甲酸

Two novel coordination polymers, n (1) and {[Mn3222]·3H2O} n (2)( m -H2tpha=isophthalic acid, phen=1,10-phenanthroline, bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) were synthesized by hydrothermal method.

采用水热方法合成了2种结构新颖的Mn配位聚合物， n (1)，{[Mn3222]·3H2O} n (2)，( m -H2tpha=间苯二甲酸，phen=1，10-邻菲咯啉，bipy=2，2′-联吡啶)。

The results showed that terephthalic acid in the carboxyl oxygen and the phenanthroline nitrogen atoms with transition metal ions (Co2 +, Cu2 +, Fe3 +) coordination.

结果表明，对苯二甲酸中羧基氧和邻菲罗啉中的氮原子均与过渡金属离子（Co2+、Cu2+、Fe3+）配位。

Several types of ligand reactions observed under hydrothermal condition were summed up:(1) hydrolysis of pyridine nitrile, aldehyde and ester in mixed water and alcohol into pyridine-carboxylate;(2) replacement of carboxylate group with sulfonic group;(3) coupling of phenanthroline by dehydrogen;(4) oxidative coupling of methanol into oxalic acid;(5) hydroxylation of isophthalate.

总结了以往在水热条件下观察到的几类配体反应：（1）吡啶腈、醛和酯在醇和水混合溶液中水解成吡啶羧酸；（2）磺基取代羧基反应；（3）邻菲啰啉的脱氢的聚合：（4）甲醇被氧化偶合生成草酸：（5）间苯二甲酸的羟基化反应。

本发明公开了一种苯并咪唑－5，6－二甲酸的制备方法。该方法是以4－氯－5－硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料，依次经过氨解、还原、环合、水解反应过程，制得最终产品苯并咪唑－5，6－二甲酸。

A new organic compound:N,N'-bis(1,10-phenanthroline-2-formacyl)-4,4'-diamino-diphenylmethane was synthesized via oxidation,esterification,substitution,hydrolysis, amidation of 1,10-phenanthroline as the starting material with chemical reagents (hydrogen peroxide,benzoyl chloride,potassium cyanide,sodium hydroxide solution,4,4'-diamino-diphenylmethane).

以邻菲啰啉为起始原料，与双氧水反应合成邻菲啰啉-N-氧化物，接着与苯甲酰氯、氰化钾、NaOH水溶液一一反应合成中间体邻菲啰啉-2-甲酸，再与4，4′-二氨基苯基甲烷进行酰胺化反应合成目标产物。
