That indicated the availability of SRAP technique in studying genetic variability in Arachis. Estimates of genetic distance among the 28 accessions Arachis section ranged from 0.12 to 0.75 with average genetic distance of 0.42. A genetic distance clarified that A-genome A. duranensis was most closely associated with tetraploid germplasm, which could be A-genome donors. Dendrogram of cluster analysis classified 28 accessions Arachis section into two groups: one including tetraploid germplasm, and A.

聚类分析表明，28份花生材料间的遗传距离变幅为0.12~0.75，平均为0.42，A基因组物种Arachis duranensis与栽培种花生的亲缘关系最近，可能是栽培种花生的A基因组的供体。28份种质分为两大类，第一大类包含四倍体种质及A基因组的A。

First,the distance ratio between within-class and between-class of each column of mixing matrix is computed by using a distance measurement.Then,for each class,the mixing matrix and independent components are re aligned by sort ascending according to the distance rate,and the columns of the weight matrix with smaller distance ratio and the corresponding features are reserved.Finally,the best feature set is selected by genetic algorithm from these foregoing feature vectors.

首先，使用一种距离度量来计算混合矩阵每一类的类内类间距离比；然后对每一类按该比值由小到大重新排列混合矩阵和独立分量，保留权重矩阵中类间类内距离比大的列，及其对应的特征向量；最后对这些特征向量使用遗传算法选择最优特征组。

Statistics show that Mahonia plant has high genetic diversity, and the distance of gene of same species with different place of origin is markedly smaller than that of different species. The species can be identified by comparing the distance of gene between populations with that of database.

统计结果显示：十大功劳属植物具有很高的遗传多态性，在研究的30个随机引物中，多态性比率为95％；不同产地的同种植物的遗传距离明显小于不同种；在应用中可望对待鉴定材料进行相同引物的扩增，引入数据库，通过计算样品与数据库标准样品的遗传距离来对待测样品进行鉴别，或直接通过聚类来确定其归属。

Results (1) From more than 100 primers, 11 primers producing polymorphism and reproduceable bands were selected, 129 bands were amplified.(2) The percentage of polymorphic bands within different populations were 20.9%-55.0%.(3) The cluster map including all samples were obtained by UPGMA. In the map, there were six cluster groups and three individuals outside the groups. The branch with five samples of Zhongjiang Sichuan population were far from other samples in genetic distance.(4) According to the distribution provinces five groups were divided in genetic variance analysis. Genetic variance 80.44% existing within population, 8.29% among populations and 11.27% among groups.

结果 （1）从100多个引物中选择出11个多态性强和重复性好的引物，扩增得到129条带；（2）不同居群内多态位点比率为20.9%－55.0%；（3）用UPGMA法得到所有样本的聚类图，可分为6个主要分支组和3个组外个体，其中四川中江居群的5个样本聚为一组，并与其他样本遗传距离较大；（4）按产地分组，遗传差异的80.44%存在于居群内，8.29%来自于组内居群间，11.27%的遗传差异来自于组间。

Considering the difference of the use of clustering algorithms caused by the diffference of data distribution, on the base of the analysis of Kmeans algorithm, fuzzy Cmeans algorithm and genetic algorithm, a new algorithm was brought forward based on the genetic algorithm and the improved neighbor function criterion. In view of the intrinsic connection of the special and the advantage of genetic algorithms wholesearch strategy, to a certian extent, this new algorithm solve the problem about the uncompact and irregular data distribution.
