Thirty-eight collections of Chinese orchids in Yunnan Province, China, including 14 species and 3 varieties, were analyzed phylogenetically using AFLP technique.

采用AFLP技术对云南省兰属的14个种和3个变种中的38份样本进行了亲缘关系分析。16对AFLP引物扩增的条带聚类结果表明，云南省国兰遗传多样性非常广泛，相同品种间的不同个体扩增出的条带模式相差很大。

The UPGMA phylogenic tree and principal components analysis result showed that the populations of C. japonica in Japan were closer to C. pauciflora and C. heterosepala than the populations in China did.

主成分分析结果与聚类结果一致，表明C.japonica的日本居群较中国居群与C.heterosepala和C.pauciflora的遗传距离更近，其中本州居群和四国居群居群与它们的关系最近。

Several typical mathematical models and their new research developments are discussed concisely.
