Shanyou 21 in this report, method of transforming the CpTI and bar gene to peanut with pollen tube pathway technique was studied, the mechanism of the technique in the peanut was discussed; biochemic ingredient changing among the peanut cultivars was analyzed, and genetic distance was studied with RAPD analysis, we hope that these study will be useful to crop breeding.In the two analyses different 19 peanut cultivars were analyzed by RAPD technique respectively.

本论文研究了用花粉管通道法将CpTI和bar基因转入花生品种&汕油523&和&汕油21&的实验方法，初步探讨了花粉管通道法转化花生的机理，并分析了花生品种间生化成分的变化及和RAPD聚类的遗传距离的关系，以期为花生分子育种提供依据。

In recent years, application of molecular markers such as AFLP, RAPD and SSR markers have speeded up the construction of Cucurbita genetic map.

近年来，AFLP、RAPD和SSR等分子标记技术的运用，加速了瓜类作物分子遗传图谱的构建。

However comparing with the genetic map of tomato and Arabidopsis, the genetic map of Cucurbita need to be more saturated, in order to cover the whole genome.

Taking a example for verilying the feasibility and computation precision of the approach,the computation results show that the PSO-based approach is a useful tool for solving such nonlinear optimization problems as cylindricity evaluation with complicated goal function and more parameters. It is superior to that given by the Least Square Method and a little better than or equal to those given by GA-based method and another Minimum Zone Method.

计算结果表明，该方法对于圆柱度误差评定这类具有复杂目标函数和较多参数的非线性优化问题有很好的计算性能，优于最小二乘法；与遗传算法和其它满足最小区域条件计算方法相比，计算精度略优于前者或者与前者相当，能够获得精度较高的结果，而突出优点是简单，易于实现而且计算效率较高。

In this study, analyses of yield combining ability, SSR molecular markers was made to study in 198 combinations which come from different strains in the basic S1 66 plants of 39007 and 39002 groups and three types of tests in Incomplete Diallel Cross Experiments.

以39002和39007群体不同基本株的S166个单株及其与3个测验种按不完全双列杂交试验设计组配198个组合为供试材料，对单株产量的配合力和供试群体S1的多态位点数，基因杂合度等参数进行了分析，并利用遗传相似系数进行聚类。

In this paper, 52 transgenic insect-resistant cotton varieties of Gossypium hirsutum from China and abroad, have been used to investigate fiber quality traits, construct cluster dengrogram. Based on the SSR and AFLP analysis, we analysised the diversity and constructed the fingerprinting of the cultivars.

The six groups classified by cluster analysis of SSR markers is consistent with the available pedigree and the result of combining ability. So it is feasible to analyze the genetic diversity of maize population by SSR markers and to distinguish heterotic group by method of mixed sampling.
