In order to control the flow separation by reducing the diffusion factor and enlarging the diameter of inner circle, the meridian plane profile of the return channel was redesigned, which is achieved by substituting arbitrary curve for the circle with no change of the axial length of the stage. Bezier curve with eight parameters was chose to describe the shape of meridian plane profile, and the optimization of the meridian plane profile was implemented combining back-propagation neural network with genetic algorithm.

改进的主要思路是减小弯道前半部分通道的扩压度，并同时加大弯道出口内侧的转弯半径，主要做法是在不增加整级轴向尺寸的前提下，用任意曲线取代传统弯道的同心圆环结构，给定弯道回流器子午型线的外侧型线，采用Bezier曲线对内侧型线的2段曲线进行参数化描述，利用遗传算法和反向传播(back-propagation，BP)神经网络相结合的方法对内侧型线进行优化，得到新的弯道回流器子午型线。

Results: Osteopetrosis is a group of rare, heritable disorders of the skeleton characterized by increased bone density with typical X-ray manifestation. It can be divided into autosomal recessive osteopetrosis and autosomal dominant osteopetrosis. The prognosis vary greatly in different clinical type.

结果：石骨症是罕见的家族性先天性骨疾病，以骨密度增高为主要表现，分常染色体显性遗传和常染色体隐性遗传，分型不同，临床表现不同，X线有特征性改变，治疗上以对症治疗为主，造血干细胞移植被用于治疗本病。

Id/id allele decided shank color is of sex-linkage inheritance, recessive gene id homozygote has process which expresses gradually. We confirm that genotype of shank color in White Leghorn chicken in this paper is the dominant homozygote.

结果表明，白来航鸡的白羽和寿光鸡的黑羽对藏鸡麻羽的遗传方式是完全显性遗传；麻羽是由两个或两个以上的等位基因决定的，只有同时存在这两个或两个以上的等位基因，才可能表现出麻羽来；决定胫色性状的Id/id基因为伴性遗传，隐性基因id在纯合子时有个逐步表达的过程；本研究证实了所用白来航公鸡胫色性状的基因型为显性纯合子。

遗传多样性研究采用了线粒体DNA COI基因序列、RAPD和PCR-RFLP三种分子标记研究大猿叶甲4个地理种群的遗传结构和群体遗传多样性。1、对长约335bp的mtDNA COI片段进行序列分析，在4个群体64个个体中，共发现37个单倍型，总变异位点35个，多态位点29个，含量(63.68％)大于含量(36.32％)。4个地理种群的核苷酸多样性指数分别为，0.082、0.035、0.099、0.186。

Anticipated results of this core laboratory are to:(1) facilitate genetic epidemiological studies within the campus by means of active avocations, workshop, and collaboration;(2) help identify important genetic variants as well as contextual variables that influence the risk of metabolic syndrome in a community sample of large sample size;(3) help the gene mapping for schizophrenia by means of family-based association as well as schizophrenia-related endophenotype in non-clinical samples;(4) help train more students and research assistants who can deal with genetic epidemiology via hands-on experience; and (5) help researchers accomplish their genetic epidemiological investigation of the diseases they are interested in.

本核心实验室之预期结果为：(1)藉由主动推广、工作坊、研讨会等方式促进遗传流行病学研究；(2)对於社区样本中常见之代谢症候群，可协助找出相关的基因变异以及脉络因素；(3)藉由家族关联研究可协助对於精神分裂症基因定位分析，并探讨其内表型在非临床样本中的特性；(4)协助学生、助理亲手处理遗传流行学学分析的训练；(5)协助研究人员完成他们对於感兴趣疾病的遗传流行病学研究。

Molecular maker linkage map was construct with DH population derived from "Nong xi110×Nong xi531",and investigated the traits of 83 DH lines then quantitative trait loci associated traits related plant height were identified and analyzed,and discussed the molecular genetic mechanism, and offerred theory and referrence for improving the traits of plant height constitution.
