While doing the RFLP tagging of giant embryogene,the genome changebetween mutants and its original parent,the relationship between RFLP andheteroses in indica,japonica and intermediate rice,the performance of multipleand null allelism in rice varieties,the utilization of null allelic RFLP probes inidentifying indica and japonica rice specifically,the distribution of the nullallelic RFLP probe RG684 in rice cultivars,and the segregations of RFLPmakers in indica/japonica F2 population were also studied.

本实验从经典遗传、分子遗传、育种潜力评估、育种新品系选育等领域，对巨大胚、甜胚乳、暗胚乳三种新型突变体进行了全面系统研究。在对巨大胚进行分子定位过程中，对涉及到的突变体与原始亲本基因组变化，籼、粳、中间型材料的RFLP多态性与杂种优势之间关系，水稻品种的复等位、零等位表现，鉴定籼、粳特异性的零等位RFLP标记，零等位标记RG684在稻种中分布，RFLP标记在籼粳交F2群体中分离等遗传现象也一并进行了分析。

暴雨雨型模式有许多种，本研究采用具尺度不变性之高斯马可夫雨型模式，该暴雨雨型模式视每一场降雨事件为一随机历程，考虑每个时刻之序列符合常态分布，以一阶高斯马可夫历程叙述临前水文条件的遗传效应，因此该雨型亦为具有最大概似度之设计暴雨雨型。

In order to control the flow separation by reducing the diffusion factor and enlarging the diameter of inner circle, the meridian plane profile of the return channel was redesigned, which is achieved by substituting arbitrary curve for the circle with no change of the axial length of the stage. Bezier curve with eight parameters was chose to describe the shape of meridian plane profile, and the optimization of the meridian plane profile was implemented combining back-propagation neural network with genetic algorithm.

改进的主要思路是减小弯道前半部分通道的扩压度，并同时加大弯道出口内侧的转弯半径，主要做法是在不增加整级轴向尺寸的前提下，用任意曲线取代传统弯道的同心圆环结构，给定弯道回流器子午型线的外侧型线，采用Bezier曲线对内侧型线的2段曲线进行参数化描述，利用遗传算法和反向传播(back-propagation，BP)神经网络相结合的方法对内侧型线进行优化，得到新的弯道回流器子午型线。

The results above showed:(1) The cultivars of large-flowered chrysanthemum are widely distributed in Beijing area with plentiful floral types and floral colors;(2) The cultivars with the rare types and colors are urgent for protection;(3) Most of the quantitative characters obeys to the normal distribution,some important traits agreed with skewed distribution.The probability grading can assist quantitative character in establishing new grading standards;(4) Most of qualitative characters is asymmetrical in cultivars,which might be caused by unbalanced differentiation of characters or linkages coming from emphasis characters selection;(5) The floral characters are relatively stable and have comparably large influence on classification,the characters of stipule also have a certain degree of stability and can act as an reasonable supplement for cultivars classification,but the foliar characters have worse stability and can only be recognized as lower level criterion.(6) The genetic relationship among the Flat-petaled group,the Quilled-petal group and the Spoon-petaled group are closest,which followed by the Filiform-petal group because of long-term selection pressure for the specialization of the petal tip loved by most people.The Anemone-petal group has further genetic relationship with these four groups.(7) ISSR molecular marker detection indicates that the proportion of polymorphic loci of lardge-flowered chrysanthemum is higher,in which the Flat-petaled group has the highest genetic diversity level.

综合以上的研究结果表明：(1)北京地区现有大量大菊品种，且花型与花色较为丰富；(2)珍稀花型、花色品种亟需保护；(3)大部分数量性状是符合正态分布的，少数重点观赏性状迫于选择压力呈现偏态分布，概率分级法能够辅助大菊的数量性状建立新的分级标准；(4)大部分质量性状在品种群内的分布是不均匀的，可能是由菊花性状遗传分化的不均衡性或受到选育重点性状的连锁作用而造成的；(5)大菊花部性状相对稳定，对品种分类影响较大，其托叶部分也具有一定程度的稳定性，可以作为品种分类的合理补充，而叶部性状稳定性较差，在品种分类中应作为更次一级的分类依据；(6)平瓣类、管瓣类和匙瓣类的亲缘关系最近，畸瓣类品种花瓣先端特化受到人们的喜爱，长期的选择压力使其区别于3种基本瓣型，而这四种瓣型与桂瓣类在亲缘关系上较远；(7)ISSR分子标记检测表明：大菊品种多态性位点百分率较高，平瓣类品种的遗传分化最为丰富。

辽宁省审定的直立穗型水稻品种中，有2／3的品种直立穗型基因来自意大利古老品种巴利拉，而且与辽粳5号亲缘关系密切，遗传基础狭窄，异质性差，具有遗传脆弱性，容易造成因垂直抗性丧失而罹患大面积病虫害的不良后果。

The inheritance of poly-eggs was investigated by crossing and reciprocally crossing APIV with monoembryonic rice variety IR36,Minghui No.77 and Longtepu B,respectively.It was suggested that the production of poly-eggs is probably controlled by gametophytic genotypes,rather than sporophytic ones.

通过多胚水稻品系APⅣ与单胚水稻品种IR36、明恢77和龙特浦B正反杂交，研究APⅣ的多卵遗传行为，表明APⅣ的多卵性状可能不是由孢子体基因型决定的，而是由雄配子体基因型决定，属配子体遗传的范畴。

In this study, We typed the the gene of β〓-AR from genomic DNA of asthmatic patients and made the further analysis: The distributing condition of genetic polymorphisms at positions 16 and 27 in β〓 AR coding region and at position 19 in 5'Leader Cistron (5'LC) among southwest Chinese asthmatic population; The relationship between the each polymorphisms at the above three positions and the asthmatic phenotypes (FEV〓 or nocturnal asthma); The effect of each polymorphisms at the above three positions on bronchodilator responsiveness induced by β〓- agonists(initial bronchodilator response, pharmaco-dynamic); The relationship between the haplotypes of polymorphisms in the 5'LC or in positions 16, 27 of β〓AR coding block and asthmatic phenotypes or bronchodilator responsiveness induced by β〓-agonists.

实验通过对哮喘人群的β〓-AR基因进行分型，探讨：β〓-AR编码区16、27位点及5'前导肽(5'LeaderCistron，5'LC)19位点遗传多态性在中国西南地区哮喘人群中的分布情况；三个位点多态性与哮喘临床表现型的关系；三个位点多态性对β〓受体激动剂反应性(支气管舒张反应，舒张反应动力学)的影响；16、27位点及5'前导肽19位点遗传多态性单倍型与哮喘临床表现型及β〓受体激动剂反应性的关系。
