Methods Magnetic resonance imagings of pelvis and femur were performed on 28 adult patients first diagnosed as acute granulocytic leukemia and 16 diagnosed as chronic myeloblastic leukemia based on morphology,immunophenotype and cytogenetic analysis. Twenty age-matched healthy volunteers were selected as controls. Results MRI of bone marrow in all patients were obviously different from those in controls.
