In order to clarify the genetic mechanism of the adhesion,an in vitro adhesion experiment was carried out for three variants of E.coli F4in 366 piglets of three pig breeds.The results showed that there existed significant differences(P.001)in the adhesion percentage among the three breeds.Most SB piglets were nonadhesive for all the three variants,whereas most LR piglets were adhesive.Within each breed except for LR,the proportions of the three F4 variants adhering to the brush borders differed significantly.

为了研究黏附的遗传机制，本实验利用大白、长白、松辽黑猪的小肠刷状缘细胞与F4ab、F4ac、F4ad进行离体黏附实验，结果发现3品种猪之间黏附情况存在显著差别(P《0.01)，松辽黑猪以非黏附型为主，而长白猪中黏附型比例较高，在同一品种猪内，3种菌株的黏附比例在松辽黑猪内和大白猪内有极显著差异，但在长白猪中无显著差异。

To validate an investigation method for the epidemiology of Clostridium perfringens in chicken,genetic diversities of 34 strains of C.perfringens type A isolated from healthy chicken of 10 diffe-rent integrated chicken farms in Sichuan Province were analyzed by repetitive extragenic palindromic PCR and amplified fragment length polymorphism methods.

Objective The GJB2, GJB6 and GJB3 genes are related to hereditary deafness and keratoderma. To investigate the genetic causes, we recruited a Chinese family and screened the proband with syndromic deafness and palmoplantar keratoderma for mutations in these three genes and analyzed the phenotype and hereditary traits.

We describe a seven-generation large family with talipomanus and talipes, 175 individuals in this family were involved. 32 affected individuals including 18 males and 14 femals whose clinical features were different and 1 suspicious male were found. The talipomanus were symmetrical, and varus and valgus were caused by vertical talus.

发现一个连续遗传 7 代的手足畸型大家系，共计 175 人，有 32人发病，男性 18人，女性 14 人，可疑男性1人，患者表型复杂轻重不一，但双手均对称屈曲畸形，垂直踞骨导致足内翻或外翻。

Methods The method of PCR- RFLP was conducted to examine the genotype of 3 cPLA2 genes ( PLA2G4A, PLA2G4B and PLA2G4C genes) in 263 subjects, including 121 cases of T2DM and 142 controls. The conditional test was used to test the combined effect of distinct loci on the T2DM by conditioning on allele or by conditioning on genotype with UNPHASED analysis platform. Results The genotypic frequencies of the 3 genes did not deviate from Hardy-weinberg equilibrium in both case and control groups.
