In personal estates the father may succeed to his children; in landed property he never can be their immediate heir, by any the remotest possibility: in general only the eldest son, in some places only the youngest, in others all the sons together, have a right to succeed to the inheritance: in real estates males are preferred to females, and the eldest male will usually exclude the rest; in the division of personal estates, the females of equal degree are admitted together with the males, and no right of primogeniture is allowed.

In light of environment science, the unique and complex environment system of culture heritage was studied, and essence of the system was expounded with description of basic characteristics of entireness, difference, instability and multiplicity. The protection of culture heritage was quantitatively assessed with environment capacity and ecological law. General principle for culture heritage protection was also proposed.

从环境科学的角度，对独特而复杂多变的文化遗产环境系统做了较为深入的研究，总结了文化遗产环境系统的基本概念，并阐述了其整体性、差异性、不稳定行、多样性等基本特征；运用环境承载能力、生态学定律等环境科学概念重新考量文化遗产环境系统的保护工作，并创造性的提出了文化遗产环境系统保护的一般性原则。

For a long time, in our country, people fasten on physical cultural heritage, and didn't pay attention to ICH, folklorist and ethnologist had done some work on it, but for kinds of reasons, the information was badly destroyed.

长期以来，我国文化遗产工作者一直注重对有形的物质文化遗产进行收集、整理和研究，对无形的非物质文化遗产关注较少，虽有过民俗学、民族学的一些工作，但由于种种原因，相关资料保存至今较少，从非物质文化遗产保护的角度进行探讨更是新近才开始的，这些工作比国际先行国家落后很多，如在保护制度上，我国2005年才开始"民族民间文化传承人"调查和认证，这比日本的"国家文化财"制度落后了50多年，比联合国教科文组织"活的文化财"保护计划也晚了10多年；在制度和法规的建设，日本、韩国、法国等国家早己建立了保护制度，通过了相关法律，而我国在这方面基本还是空白。

Iii "Cost of restoration and repair" includes all actual and projected costs of curation, disposition, and appropriate reburial of, and consultation with respect to, the cultural heritage resource; and any other actual and projected costs to complete restoration and repair of the cultural heritage resource, including its reconstruction and stabilization; reconstruction and stabilization of ground contour and surface; research necessary to conduct reconstruction and stabilization; the construction of physical barriers and other protective devices; examination and analysis of the cultural heritage resource as part of efforts to salvage remaining information about the resource; and preparation of reports.

Mr. XXX, who is now here attending the 28th World Heritage Committee Conference, believes, when one historical site, senic spot or cultural spot enters the list of World Heritage, it firstly means the world-wide recognition of the heritage itself as well as its contents, which is helpful to improve the pride and cohesion of a country and a nation. But, meanwhile, another important role the Heritage should play is to help the local citizens out of poverty and improve their living standards, especially those living in economically backword regions where the Heritage locates, by developing sustainable cutural tour.

Firstly, observed the meaning of shibi culture from the view of minority intangible culture heritage anew. Secondly, researched and recorded the history and actuality of shibi and shibi culture transmission by oral historiography. This data prepare the base of shibi and shibi culture studying. Thirdly, researched and studied the shibi sutra and picture sutra of shibi using frame of reference of ethnonymics, ethnology and linguistics, opened out the inbeing of shibi culture. Fourthly, based on the characteristic of religion system, I observed the conception of deities and ghosts of Ch'iang people anew. Fifthly, researched and studied the folk religion ceremonials for sacrificing offerings to god and deities, and unscrambled the multi-meaning of shibi culture.

论文的创新之处主要体现在五个方面：第一，从非物质文化遗产的角度，重新审视羌族释比与释比文化的价值；第二，运用口述史学的方法最大限度地还原并重构羌族释比传承、释比文化传承的历史、释比文化的内涵、释比文化的现状等，为释比文化的研究奠定了基础；第三，运用民族学、文化人类学、语言学等方法，对释比唱经、释比图经《刷勒日》等进行全面、深入、细致的调查，剖析释比文化的本质内容；第四，从羌族民间信仰的体系的特点，重新审视羌族神鬼观念；第五，重点调查并研究羌族祭山会仪式，解读羌族文化的多重意义。
