Objective To establish rat model with polycystic ovary with two different methods:testosterone plus human chorionic gonadotropin and progestogen plus HCG,compare the rat models induced by testosterone plus HCG with the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the aspects of ovarial morphous and gonadal hormone,and investigate whether testosterone with HCG is the effective method to establish rat model with polycystic ovary syndrome,than compare two methods(T+HCG and P+HCG)finally to draw a conclusion if there are any difference or similary between the two methods and which one is more ideal and convenient.Methods 60 SD female rats of 23 days were divided into three groups in random.

目的 本实验用睾酮联合绒毛膜促性腺激素及炔诺孕酮联合HCG两种方法分别建立多囊卵巢大鼠模型，将模型鼠的卵巢形态及血清激素方面改变与人类多囊卵巢综合征的病理改变加以比较，探讨睾酮联合HCG是否是建立多囊卵巢大鼠模型的有效方法，并比较两种造模法是否存在异同点，判断哪一种造模方法更为理想及简便有效。

MethodsOn the 8th day after making castrated model rats by operation,we respectively fed NS,YXTGYS,Nanbao mixed liquid into the stomaches of the different groups of male rats for 21 days. Afterwards,sexual activity and attached NO content of endothelium cell of penial corpus cavernosum were obverved.

方法手术去势造模，造模后第8天对不同实验组分别灌喂生理盐水、养心调肝益肾煎剂、男宝混悬液，用药21 d后观察去势雄鼠的性活动，并测定去势雄鼠阴茎海绵体内皮细胞NO的含量。

Results CT scan indicated that cancer relapsed 3 to 84 months after surgery.For patients with colostomy,the CT scan showed nodular or lobulated mass in the areas of perineum and presacralis,as well as loss of presacral fat space.For patients without colostomy.CT finding included thickened rectal wall with unregular proximal tumor,rectal obliteration,rectostenosis and ddisplacement of perirectal fat space.

结果 肿瘤复发的CT表现：造瘘术后CT表现为会阴及骶前区肿块，呈结节状或分叶状，骶前脂肪间隙消失；无造瘘术后CT表现新直肠壁增厚伴不规则偏心性肿块，管腔狭窄及闭塞，直肠周围脂肪间隙狭窄移位。

In order to solve the important and basic problem of the petrogenesis of "Tiantangzhai migmatitic granite" in the core of Dabie orogenic belt, the detailed 1∶50000 regional geological surveying and the big scale dissection of important region (metamorphic rocks, granites and structure), were operated in about 900km〓 area near Tiantangzhai peak. On the bases of the petrology, mineral chemistry, geochemistry of rare earth element and microelement, isotope geochemistry and chronology, physicochemistry, magmatic dynamics, geodynamics, diagenetic simulation, and regional geophysical data, the theory of cooling age and historical geochemistry and the viewpoint of tectonic evolution are applied to study the petrogenesis of Yanshan epoch granites of this region. On the bases of above studies, the process of tectonomagmatic dynamics after indo-Chinese epoch in Dabie orogenic belt is discussed. The important conclusions are gotten

本文针对大别造山带核部&天堂寨混合花岗岩&成因这一重大基础地质问题，在天堂寨一带近900km〓的面积上进行了详细的1∶5万区域地质调查和大比例尺重点区解剖，通过对区内燕山期花岗岩进行岩石学、矿物化学、稀土微量元素地球化学、同位素地球化学和年代学、物理化学、岩浆动力学、地球动力学和成岩计算机模拟等研究的基础上，结合区域地球物理学资料，应用冷却年龄、历史地球化学理论和构造演化观，阐明区内燕山期花岗岩成因，并以此为基础进一步讨论了大别造山带自印支期以来的构造—岩浆动力学过程，取得了如下的重要认识

Methods 20 female SD rats with russula subnigricans were ramdomly divided into 4 groups as follows, normal group, fed with normal saline, model Ⅰ group, with russula subnigricans, model Ⅱ group, with Lingzhi decoction after modeled by russula subnigricans, and fourth group, with Lingzhi decoction only for comparison.

将制备好的异体血液9ml分别注入模型组家兔左侧颈椎软组织造模，于造模后第2周对42只日本大耳白家兔分别测定TCD、ENG、ABR、VsEPs、小脑浦肯野氏凋亡细胞计数及前庭血流，确定模型出现。
