In the second part, emphasis is put on the multiple capacity of orthogonal coded spread-spectrum multiple access system with coherent and noncoherent demodulations. The multiple access capacities of uncoded system and error -correcting coded system are compared. The capacity improvements which result from the use of diversity techniques are also studied.
