Simultaneous measurement of CORB and COTD were performed in following situations:(1)cardiac output was varied by manipulating inotropic drugs(adrenine, dobutamine, dopamine, verapamil);(2)under six different ventilatory settings:①volume controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 12ml/kg(VCV, VT 12ml/kg);②volume controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 6ml/kg(VCV, VT 6ml/kg);③pressure controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 12ml/kg(PCV, VT 12ml/kg);④pressure controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 6ml/kg(PCV, VT 6ml/kg);⑤volume controlled ventilation with high positive end-expiratory pressure.

1经肺动脉漂浮导管CVP腔注射肾上腺素、多巴酚丁胺、多巴胺、异搏定改变动物心肌收缩力，观察注射药物前、注射药物后CORB和COTD的相关性；(2)设置5组不同的机械通气参数：①容量控制通气，潮气量12ml/kg(VCV， VT 12ml/kg)；②容量控制通气，潮气量6ml/kg(VCV， VT 6ml/kg)；③压力控制通气，潮气量12ml/kg(PCV， VT 12ml/kg)；④压力控制通气，潮气量6ml/kg(PCV，VT 6ml/kg)；⑤容量控制通气，潮气量6ml/kg，高呼气末正压，PEEP为12~15cmH2O。

The absorption of root system was the main sources of nitrogen in the plant.The effects of matrix ventilation on the abaorption,transportion and metabolism of nitrogen in the root system of cucmber were discussed deeply.The results showed that contents of ammonium,nitrate,free amino acids and soluble protein in cucumber roots were higher in G1 treatment.Contents of ammonium,nitrate and free amino acids in cucumber roots were the trend of the dropping after the first rising in F1 treatment,but contents of soluble protein was lower11.03%than that of the control.

根系吸收是植物体内氮素的主要来源，本研究深入探讨了基质通气状况对黄瓜根系氮素吸收、运输和氮代谢的影响，结果表明G1通气处理根系的铵盐、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量均较高；非通气处理(F1处理)根系内铵盐、硝酸盐和游离氨基酸含量呈先升高后降低的趋势，而可溶性蛋白含量始终较低，比对照降低11.03%。G1处理根系硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均较高；而F1处理的酶活性在处理末期显著降低，其中谷氨酰胺合成酶活性比对照降低33.33%。

The solid flow rate of aeration downflow was slightly less than that of aeration horizontal.

由整体方面来看，通气方向向下时的固体输出量虽略小於水平方向通气，但比较标准偏差可知通气方向向下时，下降管的压力扰动相当小，即可得到较稳定的操作。

The solid flow rate of downflow of inlet gas was slightly less than that of horizontal flow of inlet gas. But the standard deviation of pressure signals of downflow of inlet gas decreased significantly, causing more stable operation.

由不同通气方向来看，通气方向向下时的固体流量虽略小於水平方向通气，但可使下降管中的压力扰动明显减少，即可得到较稳定的操作。

Methods:Normal frequency ventilation of high frequency jet respirometer was used to control breath continuously for 31 cases without autonomous breath,the ventilation frequency:16～20 times/min with continuous ventilation time 12～72 hours.

结果：通气1h后PaO2（15.92±2.50）kPa，PaCO2（5.90±0.76）kPa；通气24h后PaO2（14.76±3.21）kPa，PaCO2（6.11±0.84）kPa。在Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭，常频与高频通气交替应用比单用高频通气辅助呼吸，其提高血氧分压的疗效优越（P＜0.001），且可防止高碳酸血症。

Use intermittent positive pressure ventilation mode in ALI dogs, calculate Elastance and Resistance, then change to PAV, set the assist ratio 80％、60％、40％、20％randomly, Observe the changes of respiratory mechanics、blood gas analysis and hemodynamics during mechanical ventilation.

对10条ALI犬先用间歇正压通气模式通气，同时弹性阻力和粘性阻力，然后将模式改为PAV，随机设置辅助比例80％、60％、40％、20％，观察通气期间呼吸力学、血气和血流动力学的变化。

本实验证明了 loS肺内／肺外不同源性 ARDS动物模型的差异性，而且AnDS的肺部病变存在不均一性和多形性的特点，对有关ARDS进行性低氧血症的发生机制提出了肺动静脉可能存在类似于右一左分流的肺内分流现象，以及因肺内分流而导致严重通气／血流比例失调的解释。发现小潮气十PEEP通气对肺内源性 ARDS疗效不佳，而俯卧位＋小潮气－I－ PEEP通气对肺内／肺外不同源性ARDS均有较好的疗效。。

Malondialdehyde production and total superoxide dismutase activity in samples of nondependent lung and dependent lung were detected and analysed in both groups on time of OLV 3hr and OLV 6hr to determine whether long-term OLV led to injury of the nondependent lung and whether the injury would be deteriorated by low-dose ALM.

通过对OLV 3hr及OLV 6hr时两组实验犬无通气肺与通气肺组织标本中丙二醛含量及总超氧化物歧化酶活力的测定，观察长时间OLV是否引起无通气肺组织损伤，并同时探讨小剂量ALM对无通气肺组织损伤的影响。

RESULTS Plasma levels of IL-8, IL-10, MMP-9 were higher at 1 h, 4 h and 6 h aortic dclamping off in continuous ventilation and the nonventilation group, and IL-8 level were significantly higher in nonventilation group compared with ventilation group, IL-10 levels were significantly higher in the ventilation group than nonventilation group after 1 h and 4 h, 6 h, TIMP-1 levels were significantly higher in the ventilation group than that in nonventilation group after 1 h and 4 h.

TIMP-1的血浆水平在术后持续升高，在术后1 h和4 h持续通气组较非通气组明显增高。血浆中TXB2水平在主动脉开放后1 h、4 h和6 h明显高于术前水平，持续通气组较非通气组水平明显降低。支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-8、IL-10、MMP-9和TXB2 水平在主动脉开放后4 h较术前明显升高。

The double vertical vent stack pipe system which is simplified from loop vent and appliance vent is popularly adopted in Taiwan. The developed technology and instruments for drainage piping system are also reviewed in this paper.

通气系统方面，排水立管连结通气立管之简化二立管结合型式，是国内比较被广泛使用的型式，基於配管施工技术要求与初期装置成本考量，器具通气与回路通气型式应用比例并不高。
