In this thesis, how to study and apply of system of CRM based on Web are discussed. Firstly, we summarize the principle of CRM, beginning with the current research condition, and introduce the concept, features and management principle of CRM. Secondly, we illustrate the basic architecture of web-based CRM system to form the basis of the further research and propose the integration of CRM system to the front end of enterprise, namely, the study on the business process re-engineering of CRM system. Then we discuss the key technique knowledge on CRM system based on Web, which included the technology of system interface, system safety and the design of net framework. And explain the technology of web service is a good solution to the problem of system interface in the Internet and the advantage of the develop way based on the B/S pattern. According to an application of CRM system based on Web, this thesis explains how to set up a CRM system based on Web, which include the customer requirement, analyzing the business process, system framework and system safety. At last, this thesis puts forward the extensive foreground of the system of web-based CRM with the expanding of the web technology and explains that there are some questions are to be resolve stilly in this thesis.

本文的研究内容首先从客户关系管理的研究现状出发，对客户关系管理加以概述，阐述CRM系统概念、系统特点和核心管理思想；并阐明了基于Web的CRM系统的基本架构为进一步的研究作铺垫，提出CRM系统对企业前端的整合，即对CRM系统的业务流程重构的研究；接下来说明基于Web的CRM系统开发的关键技术，包括系统体系结构的选择，系统接口以及系统安全三方面的技术要求，具体说明了B/S模式的原理及优点，Web Service是解决基于B/S模式系统的接口问题的最好方案；然后以一个销售管理CRM系统为例，说明如何构建一个基于Web的CRM系统，包括了系统设计要求、系统实现、系统功能框架和系统安全机制；最后根据当前通信和网络技术的发展，展望基于Web的CRM系统应用的广泛前景，并对在本文研究中还存在需要改进的地方进行了探讨。

We use the character of dynamic conferences, introduce verification secret key set, give the calculation formule of probability of some successful attacks in authentication schemes for dynamic confereices.

在这一部分，我们讨论了网络拓朴结构不是完全图的情形，提出了通信图认证系统，利用图的特征，得出了要使系统充分安全，各用户应掌握的密钥空间的大小，给出了一种构造通信图认证系统的方法。。

At first, this paper introduces the receiving and transmitting mechanism about the ARINC629 data based on the ARINC629 protocol. With the computer interface technology, it gives the whole design of the communication card which is divied into three modules, such as the PCI bus interface module, the subsytem processer and memory module and the ARINC629 bus interface module.

论文首先根据ARINC629总线协议规范，明确了ARINC629总线协议的数据发送和接收机制，并结合当今计算机接口技术，确定了数据通信卡的总体方案，将数据通信卡划分为三个模块进行设计，即PCI总线接口模块，通信卡子系统处理器和存储器模块以及通信卡与ARINC629总线接口模块。

The base station selects the opportunistic SDMA of multi-beams and then selects a plurality of scribers with the maximum received SNR from the sub-scribers as the communication objects, thus realizing the maximization of system capacity.

当发射信噪比大于门限值时，认知网络为用户间干扰受限系统，基站选择单波束的随机波束成型模式，在从用户中选择接收信噪比最大的用户作为本次的通信的对象；当发射信噪比小于门限时，从用户网络为噪声干扰受限系统，基站选择多波束的机会式空分多址模式，在从用户中选择信噪比最大的几个用户作为通信对象，从而实现了系统容量最大化。

The component,feature,mode of operation,parameters of main equipment and maintenance of INERGEN system——the automatic fire control system are introduced and some suggestions on its maintenance are put forward in the paper.The estabilshment of this fire control system can protect effectively the control room,communication room,UPS room of whole pipeline and that of pressure-reducing station.

介绍了库鄯输油管道采用的INERGEN气体自动灭火系统的组成、特点、工艺及操作、主要设备参数以及测试方法等，并对该系统的维护及保养提出了几点建议，该系统的建立可有效地保护库鄯输油管道首末站的站控室、通信机房、UPS间及减压站的柴油发电机房、配电室、站控室、通信机房及UPS间等。
