In the article, it briefly analyzes the necessity of monitoring the hydric parameters and the development status of monitoring system about the electronic power, then a real-time monitoring system for generator hydric parameters is presented, which applies the configuration software MCGS, radio-communication SMS, Modbus protocol and RS-485 bus .in the design of the system, MCGS is used to configurate the interface of superordinate computer and the device component of the wireless communication is authorized by Visual Basic; the transmitting and receiving flow through GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)in the way of SMS. The design of the smart communication module, which based on the RS-485 bus and Modbus protocol and the wireless communication interface module, which is connected with the wireless terminal based on Siemens TC35, are also expounded.

At first, this paper introduces the receiving and transmitting mechanism about the ARINC629 data based on the ARINC629 protocol. With the computer interface technology, it gives the whole design of the communication card which is divied into three modules, such as the PCI bus interface module, the subsytem processer and memory module and the ARINC629 bus interface module.

The results of the simulation analysis and experiments indicate that the loss of ultraviolet scattering transmission in atmosphere is high because of the particle scattering and absorbing in solar-blind zone; that is, the received power can descend 20 dB with the distance increasing 10 times. Therefore, the ultraviolet scattering is fit for short range communication. In short range, the pulse extension due to scattering is at microsecond order and its influence for low and moderate bit rate communication systems is weak. Since the light output power of a single ultraviolet LED is low, a multi-LED array can be used to increase the transmit power and extend the communication range.
