The slant path length covers (0~10) km with the alternation of 0.1km. The elevation covers 0°~91° with the alternation of 5° The surface range covers (5~20) km with the alternation of 1km.

利用FASCODE计算出1064nm激光的大气透过率，建成透过率数据库，该数据库对应的大气模型为中纬度夏季，斜程范围为(0~10)km（间隔0.1km），仰角范围为0°~90°（间隔5°），地面能见度范围为(5~20)km（间隔1km），数据库可以根据需要进行扩展。

In order to do so, a new direct formula is first developed to generate the fuzzy rules from the premise part in FNN.
