HRCT shows ill defined patchy areas of ground-glass opacity. Focal areas of lucency, representing air trapping are also visible.

All lesions were 7-12 mm in greatest diameter. Seven cases showed a round radiolucency or a thin clear sclerotic rim in middle or up-outer of femoral neck on X-ray film.

结果：8例股骨颈疝窝均为单侧单发病灶，X线平片仅显示7例，CT均表现为股骨颈前方皮质下类圆形骨质缺损，内为较均匀液体密度，边缘清楚伴有硬化缘，最大径线为7-12 mm.7例在X线平片上表现为股骨颈中轴线或其外上方的类圆形透亮区或硬化环。

The mean range of motion was improved from preoperative 84°(40°-95°) to postoperative 104°(80°-120°); the mean preoperative Knee Society Scores were increased from preoperative 39 scores (10-67 scores) to 87(10-100), and the function was improved from 38 scores (0-60 scores) to postoperative 76(20-100). Alignment was obtained in 31 knees, with well localized femoral and tibial prostheses. The tibial prosthesis of 1 case developed inadequate retroversion; of 2 cases remained 2°-3° inversion; non-progressive radiolucent zone was found between tibial prosthesis and bone interface of 1 case.

Alignment was obtained in 31 knees, with well localized femoral and tibial prostheses. The tibial prosthesis of 1 case developed inadequate retroversion; of 2 cases remained 2°-3° inversion; non-progressive radiolucent zone was found between tibial prosthesis and bone interface of 1 case.

(1) Fibrous dysplasia of bone located at rare sites could display some collective CT features of fibrous dysplasia of bone(ie,cystic bone destructions, lucent area,"ground glass"-like density,calcification,sclerotic border,internal septation).

At last,to compare differences of occurrence concerning all the imaging signs(cystic bone destructions, lucent area,"ground glass"-like density,calcification,sclerotic border,internal septation and shape abnormality of bone involved)between investigative group and control group by using Fisher Exact Test,The relative marked CT features of fibrous dysplasia at rare sites were summarized eventually.

利用Fisher确切概率法，对比囊状骨质破坏、低密度透亮区、磨玻璃样改变、骨化、边缘硬化、内部分隔、受累骨形态改变等征象在研究组、对照组出现的差异，总结研究组相对特征性CT表现。

Results: Breast mass changing was 89.3%(42 of 47 cases). Among which, 87.5%(7 of 8 cases) round mass became irregular; 93.7%(15 of 16 cases) mass with poorly uncear margin changed into well-defined; 90.5%(19 of 21 cases) spicule around mass was shortened or disappeared; 50%(1 of 2 cases) mass surrounded with radiolucent ring was decreased 74.2%(23 of 31 cases) calcification changes variedly in range, amount, and distribution.

结果：肿块变化发生率89.3%(42/47)，其中类圆形肿块变化87.5%(7/8)、形态变化趋向不规则；模糊肿块93.7%(15/16)肿块边缘趋于清晰；肿块周围毛刺90.5%(19/21)变短甚至消失；透亮环肿块(1/2)可见瘤性实体缩小；病灶钙化74.2%(23/31)出现范围、数目、分布上的变化。
