In this paper, two kinds of material model were introduced, based on the same condition, such as explosive, liner structure, Johnson-Cook and Steinberg model were selected for liner. The process of shaped charge jet penetration into target was simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the results compared and showed that these two kinds of model can simulate the form and penetration process of the jet accurately, and the top velocity of the jet head were almost the same.

本文介绍了两种材料模型，在炸药、药型罩结构等条件相同的情况下，药型罩选择Johnson-Cook与Steinberg两种材料模型，利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对聚能射流侵彻靶板进行模拟仿真，对比仿真结果，得出两种模型都能很好的模拟射流的形成及侵彻过程，且各时刻射流头部最高速度差值很小。

Firstly,an image was segmented respectively by the two-peaked histogram method,the Otsu method and the consistency criteria method. Then a criterion to value the image quality based on information entropy was made by rules,which was related to the image sizes of objects. The appropriate threshold value,by which image segmentation was implemented to judge the burden temperature distribution most efficiently,was obtained.

该方法首先利用双峰法、最大方差法和一致性准则法分别对图像进行区域分割，再根据图像目标大小，运用知识规则制定判断图像质量的信息熵评价准则，选择合适的分割阈值，获得对判断料面温度分布最有利的图像区域特征。

This kind of non-interactive method can not only avoid the manual intervention of choosing threshold value in image segmentation but also gain ideal digital edge of Tooth Contact Zone.

这种非交互方法避免了图像分割中人工干预阈值的选择，同时能够有效获取接触斑点的理想数字边缘。

In this study, as a original strain, antagonistic bacterium Ata28 was mutated by UV, UV+LiCl, DES and Microwave irradiation; the very goal of the research is to improve the control efficiency of Ata28 strain against tobacco brown spot and obtain strains advanced both in antagonism and biological characteristics, further provides theoretics and practical experience to the production.

采用紫外线和氯化锂复合诱变Ata28菌株，通过预备实验，计算Ata28菌株在不同诱变时间的致死率和正变率，选择该菌株的最佳诱变时间10s，15s诱变；通过平板对峙培养，筛选出8个突变菌株在PDA平板上可明显抑制Tbs3的生长，抑菌带高于出发菌株Ata28，抑菌带最大值达9.7mm；经温室控病初筛和复筛试验，获得了对烟草赤星病有较好防效的突变菌株Uv1-190、Uv1-199，烟苗经Uv1-190、Uv1-199菌液处理3d后，接种Tbs3的防治效果达51.3％、54.9％，比出发菌株Ata28的防治效果好。

Ata28 strain exhibited marked suppression of Tbs3 strain which is the pathogen of tobacco brown spot on PDA plates, and the Ata28 strain had the good control efficiency of tobacco brown spot.

采用紫外线诱变Ata28菌株时，通过预备实验，计算Ata28菌株在不同诱变时间的致死率和正变率，选择该菌株的最佳诱变时间10s，20s，30s诱变；通过平板对峙培养，筛选出15个突变菌株在PDA平板上可明显抑制Tos3的生长，抑菌带高于出发菌株Ata28，抑菌带最大值达9.4 mm；在温室控病中，获得了对烟草赤星病有较好防效的突变菌株Uv-126，烟苗经Uv-126菌液处理3d后接种Tos3的防治效果达52.2％，比出发菌株Ata28的防治效果好。

Ata28 strain was mutated by UV with the most optimum mutant time, including 10, 20, 30s, that was chosen by the trial tests, considering the lethality rate and positive mutation rate of Ata28; it was found that 15 mutant strains were shown antagonism against Tbs3 strain by antagonism test on PDA plate, inhibition zone of mutant strains exceeded the original strain Ata28, and the maximum of inhibition zone reached 9.4mm; the mutant strain Uv-126 was found most effective in tobacco brown spot control and a rate of efficiency control reached 52.2% on tobacco plants three days after bacteria spraying.

采用硫酸二已酯诱变Ata28菌株，通过预备实验，计算Ata28菌株在不同诱变时间的致死率和正变率，选择该菌株的最佳诱变时间20min，40min，60min诱变；通过平板对峙培养，筛选出17个突变菌株在PDA平板上可明显抑制Tbs3的生长，抑菌带高于出发菌株Am28，抑菌带最大值达10.5 mm；经温室控病初筛和复筛试验，获得了对烟草赤星病有较好防效的突变菌株Des-66、Des-50，烟苗经Des-66、Des-50菌液处理3d后，接种Tbs3的防治效果达52.0％、56.6％，比出发菌株Ata28的防治效果好。

Aiming at these factors,our main ameliorative measures are:as following:adopting " three-high rates " composition,in a specific way,three rates should choose KH:0.88-0.92,SM:2.6-2.8,IM:1.6-1.8,and controlling the content of R2O,SO3,this method can insure that the content of silicate mineral is higher than 77%,especially the content of C3S is lower than 55%,so it can compensate for insufficient of descending of cement strength resulted by inactive component after implementing the checking method of ISO cement strength.

针对这些因素的主要改进措施为：采用&三高&配方，即三率值宜选择为KH0.88～0.92、SM2.6～2.8、IM1.6～1.8，并控制好R_2O、SO_3含量，以此保证水泥中的活性组分即硅酸盐矿物的含量≥77％，特别是C_3S含量不能低于55％，这样就能弥补因实施ISO强度检验方法后，水泥中非活性组分导致强度下降的不足。
