适应性控制

As the implementation of power generation separating from grid company and the establishment of power market, the internal and external environment, organization and management style of provincial power grid company have been changed greatly. The existing performance management system of provincial power grid company is not able to adapt to the demands of current business management and internal and external environment. As an important part of the managing and controlling system, performance management system has to be adjusted to adapt to the changes.

随着中国电力体制改革&厂网分开&的实施和电力市场的建立，省级电网企业的内外环境、组织结构及管理模式等都发生了较大的变化，原省级电力公司的绩效管理体系已不适应目前企业经营管理和内外环境的需要，作为管理控制系统重要组成部分的绩效管理系统也应随之进行适应性调整。

The results show that the heave compensation system with self- adjustable fuzzy controller can restrain the vibration and decrease the intensity effectively, and the amplitude is reduced by 75%-85%. The self-adjustable fuzzy controller is superior to the general fuzzy controller in the adjusting time, and the effect of control and adaptability, which accords with the design demand of the heave compensation system completely.

研究结果表明，应用自调整模糊控制器的升沉补偿系统能更好地抑制振动，降低振动的强度，降低幅度达75%~85%，在调整时间、控制效果及适应性等方面的性能均优于常规模糊控制器的性能，完全符合升沉补偿系统的设计要求。
