The beans were dehydrated at 30, 32 and 35℃ and it showed that 32℃ was the suitable drying temperature. At 32℃, three kinds of beans with 5, 8 and 11 mm widths respectively were dried to make the moisture content reach the security level, and were rehydrated as comparative experiments.

试验选用30、32、35℃ 3种不同干燥温度对油豆角进行脱水，确定出适宜的干燥温度为32℃；在干燥温度为32℃条件下，又对3种宽度分别为5、8、11mm的油豆角进行干燥试验，使其水分降到安全水以下，并进行复水性比较试验。

The results indicated that applying 105kg/hm^2 nitrogen and 75kg/hm^2 phosphorus fertilizer is the most economic and rational method; applying 45000kg/hm^2 farm manure with phosphorus as base fertilizer, two thirds nitrogen as seed manure and one third nitrogen as topdressing is more economic and rational; the best planting density is 67500plant/hm^2; the transplanting style after growing seedlings in small arch greenhouse in early spring and the multiple cropping style after rape harvesting should be extended over large areas; the multiple cropping style after wheat harvesting should be extended in the southern rivers rigions of this locality.

对&庆甜1号&进行了肥效、密度及分期栽培试验，结果表明，正常条件下地膜覆盖种植&庆甜1号&经济合理的氮、磷施用量为N 105kg/hm^2、P2O5 75kg/hm^2；45000kg/hm^2农家肥和磷肥一次性基施，氮肥的2/3作种肥，1/3作追肥施用方式较为经济合理；最佳种植密度为67500株／hm^2；早春小拱棚育苗移栽和油菜茬复种两种种植模式宜在当地大面积推广，麦茬复种适宜在当地南部川道地区推广。

The results showed that the calorific values of the test plant species had no unified change pattern, which was possibly related to the partitioning ratio of calorific value in different plant organs and the timing when the reproductive period appeared. In general, spike had a higher calorific value than leaf and stem, and aquatic plants had obviously lower calorific value than mesophytes and wet mesophytes. Within a species, the change pattern of calorific value had certain relations to the phenophase, with approximately two lowest values and two highest values. Among the species, the differences in the calorific value were decided by the nature of the species themselves. Under the same habitat and climatic conditions, the species that contained more materials rich in energy could more easily accumulate calorific, and thus, more adaptable to grow under this environment.

结果表明：各物种的热值动态变化规律并不是统一的，这种变化可能与植物各器官热值的变化及生殖期出现的时间有关；各植物器官的热值普遍表现出穗的热值大于茎和叶；水生植物的热值明显小于中生性和湿中生性植物；种内热值变化随物候期变化有一定的规律，大约会出现2次低值、2次高值；种间热值差异是由于植物本身性质决定的，在相同生境和气候条件下，植物体中含能物质越多，就越易积聚热值，从而更适宜生长在此环境。

The endurance abilities of the embryos of sea perch, flounder and turbot at different developing stages to vitrification solutions were studied. The result showed that sea perch at tail-bud stage, heart-beating stage and pre-hatching stage had more endurance abilities to VSD2, flounder at 4-5 somites, 16-20 somites and tail-bud stage had more endurance abilities to PM3, and turbot at 4-5 somites, 16-20 somites and tail-bud stage had more endurance abilities to PMP1.
