The phase equilibrium relationship and the equilibrium composition of conjugate phases in Ag--Ti system were determined by means of metallographic microscope and electron probe microanalysis. Especially for the liquid phase the B phase and the intermediated phase.

通过金相观察和电子探针微区分析，对退火处理后的试样进行相分析和成分测定，从而获得了相应温度下的Ag--Ti二元体系的相平衡关系和共轭平衡成分。

The results show that some twin crystals and honeycomb structures appear in the shear plane and many kinds of deformation mechanism exist such as extruding, kinking and so on. When annealed at 550 ℃ for 2 h, the recrystal gains are observed in the shear plane. Especially the side receives the cut of guillotine, the size of recrystal grain is very thin, corresponding with the recrystal grains obtained by cold rolling at 80% deformation rate.

结果表明：经剪切变形后，切面处形成一种独特的带状变形孪晶和蜂窝状变形组织，且存在挤压、扭折等多种变形机制的作用；合金在550 ℃退火2 h后，切面出现许多再结晶晶粒，且在承受剪床切口的一边再结晶晶粒非常细小，相当于冷轧变形80%后的再结晶晶粒尺寸。

When the annealing time increases, the twisted lamellae extend gradually.

当退火时间增加，扭曲的片晶逐渐伸展。

In particular, the tips of the nanowires demonstrated perfect lattices free of defects after annealing.

The main works and contributions of this dissertation include:(1) The current developments of NoC in both academia and industry are thoroughly investigated with the formal descriptions of NoC interconnection emphasis. Furthermore, Steiner tree problem and its algorithms in graph theory and VLSI placement and routing are analyzed. These algorithms include Lee's mazing algorithm, line search algorithm, ACO algorithm and construction-by-correction algorithm. They are implemented by programming them in C++ for performance comparison purpose.

本文的主要工作与成果包括：（1）调研了NoC结构在学术界及业界的研究发展状况，归纳了NoC互连算法的抽象描述形式；深入分析了Steiner树问题和已有的图论及VLSI布局布线中的RSMT算法，包括迷宫算法、线搜索算法、蚁群优化算法、模拟退火算法和构造-修正算法等，并编程实现了这些算法，分析了它们的优点与不足。
