目的：在"脑-肠相通"学说指导下，开展"开窍"与"通腑"之法合用治疗病毒性发热的实验研究，探讨"开窍通腑法"的代表方—清代吴鞠通牛黄承气汤对病毒性发热的退热效应，研究脑肠肽和机体免疫调节在发热中的作用及意义，揭示中医"开窍通腑法"治疗发热的实质。
