The nighttime blood pressure descend a rate to turn down (p＜0.05).in the heart rate variation index sign,in addition to comparing with nighttime,the sdnn daytime increased,other index signs had no obvious difference.but each index sign of hrvin matched control in dynamicblood pressure day and night,the regulation presented a good relativity variety.conclusion the hypertension patient′s pneumogastric nerves function is dual damaged,expressing turn down for the hrv with day and night regulation disappeared.

观察组夜间血压下降率减低（p＜0.05），其心率变异性指标中，除sdnn白昼较夜间增高外（p＜0.05），其他指标无明显差异。而对照组hrv各指标则与动态血压昼夜节律呈现出良好的相关性变化。结论高血压病患者交感、迷走神经功能双重受损，表现为hrv减低和昼夜节律消失。

Ablation of the autonomic ganglia overlying all PV ostia suppressed the effective refractory period-abbreviating and AF-promoting effects of cervical vagal stimulation, whereas ablation of only left- or right-sided PV ostial ganglia failed to suppress AF.
