Parasympathetic preganglionic neurons originated mostly from dorsal motornucleus of the vagus which played an important role in gut motility and sensory.

方法烧伤后上消化道应激性溃疡大出血患者15例，烧伤面积(38±15)%，出血部位12例位于十二指肠，3例位于胃。手术时间在伤后4～12天，手术方式为缝扎止血、幽门成形、选择性迷走神经切断、溃疡外旷置术或胃大部分切除术。

Methods:Forty SD female rats undergone selective truncal vagotomy were randomized into four groups:A without additional operation;B with pyloroplasty;C with proximal gastrectomy;D with both proximal gastrectomy and pyloroplasty.GEt1/2 was quantitatively assessed with SPECT technique in preoperation and 1,2,3 weeks postoperatively.

40只大白鼠分成4组，每组均行选择性迷走神经干切断术，A组未另附加其它术式，B组附加幽门成形，C组行近端胃切除，D组行近端胃切除附加幽门成形，术前及术后1、2、3周分别行核素胃排空显像测定GEt1/2。

Results A few stained neurons were observed at the inferior salivatory nucleus and dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve and nerve fibers at double sides, while the superior salivatory nucleus was not marked. The labeled neurons and fibers at the both side were found in the facial nucleus, nucleus ambiguous and motor trigeminal nucleus.

结果 在一般内脏运动核、双侧迷走神经背核、下泌涎核均可看到少量逆行标记细胞及神经纤维末梢，但上泌涎核未发现任何标记，在特殊内脏运动核的面神经核、疑核、三叉神经运动核团双侧均见逆行标记细胞及神经纤维终支。

Methods The wheat germ agglutinin-horseradish peroxidase, a kind of anterograde tracer or retrograde tracer was injected unilaterally into the gigantocellular reticular nucleus. Under light microscope the fibrous connections were observed between Gi and the follow nuclei: dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve, inferior salivatory nucleus, superior salivatory nucleus, facial nucleus, ambiguous nucleus, motor trigeminal nucleus.

舌咽神经主干继续向下、向前走行于颈内动脉的表面、颈内静脉、颈外动脉及茎突的深面，横过茎突咽肌深面，绕该肌中部下缘弯向前行，并发出分支支配该肌，穿过茎突咽肌后，舌咽神经的分支一咽支脱离主干，向下向前走行于颈内动脉及颈外动脉分叉处，与迷走神经的分支及颈交感神经的分支一起组成咽丛，咽丛位于舌骨水平的咽中缩肌上。

Results Intravenous 5-HT caused obvious exciting effect on spontaneous afferent discharge of subdiaphragmatic vagus nerve.

结论5-HT可能是作用于与迷走传入相关的5-HT3受体兴奋了膈下迷走传入神经自发放电；促胰液素可以增强5-HT对迷走神经传入自发放电的兴奋作用。

Methods Spontaneous afferent discharge of subdiaphragmatic vagus nerve was recorded in urethane anesthetized rats.
