"Then the Chaldaeans said to the king in the aramaean language, O King, have life for ever: give your servants an account of your dream , and we will make clear to you the sense of it."

迦勒底人用亚兰的言语对王说，愿王万岁。请将那梦告诉仆人，仆人就可以讲解。

"All your wives and children will be brought out to the Babylonians. You yourself will not escape from their hands but will be captured by the king of Babylon; and this city will be burned down."

"人必将你的后妃和你的儿女带到迦勒底人那里；你也不得脱离他们的手，必被巴比伦王的手捉住；你也必使这城被火焚烧。"

A sound of a cry cometh from Babylon, and great destruction from the land of the Chaldea

51：54 有哀号的声音从巴比伦出来。有大毁灭的响声从迦勒底人之地发出。

Thus the slain shall fall in the land of the Chaldea, and they that are thrust through in her streets.

51：4 他们必在迦勒底人之地被杀仆倒，在巴比伦的街上被刺透。

The LORD hath loved him: he will do his pleasure on Babylon, and his arm shall be on the Chaldea.

耶和华所爱的人，必向巴比伦行他所喜悦的事，他的膀臂也要加在迦勒底人身上。
