研究结果表明，粳稻的RVA谱特征是兼具籼性与糯性RVA谱特征的连续变化体，呈5种特征类群，少量种质具有糯性淀粉RVA谱特征，即还有一些种质表现出为籼性淀粉RVA谱特征，部分种质具有优质的RVA谱特征，即消减为负值，绝大多数种质的RVA谱特征(约占样本数的85%)，其曲线的显著特征为消减值在250-1000cp。籼稻的RVA谱特征的分化亦呈现为多态性，主要表现为峰值粘度、最终粘度与消减值的分异性，在籼稻种质材料中主体RVA谱类型的特征表现为消减值在1000-2000cp间。特异的分化出3种类型，第一类表现为峰值粘度与消减值均在2000cp

Methods MSCs were obtained from tibias by density gradient centrifugation and were tested the rate of adhesion. The configuration was observed under phase-contrast microscope consecutively and the cell growth was measured by MTT method.

测定其接种贴壁率，在倒置显微镜下连续观察细胞的形态变化，利用甲基噻唑基四唑（methyl thiazdyl tetrazolium， MTT）法测定 MSCs 生长曲线，并应用流式细胞术测定细胞表面标记物。

This thesis presents the preliminary study of the influence of sentence stress on prosodic features in Mandarin, and of the relationship between duration and pitch under different sentence stress levels. The results show that: The pitch is the most important factor which carries the sentence stress, with the increase of the sentence stress level, the peak of distribution contour of pitch moves towards high frequency area. In the case of"Stress"and"Light", two peaks are found in the distribution contour of duration, which means that the duration of some words are affected by sentence stress, but of others are not. The relationship between pitch and duration in"Normal","Stress"and"Light" are un-correlated, positive correlation and negative correlation respectively.

研究了汉语语句重音对音长和音高的影响、及音长和音高之间的相互关系，结果指出：（1）音高是汉语语句重音的基本表达手段，随着语句重音级别的提高，音高的统计分布曲线向高频方向推移；（2）在连续语流中的词被&重读&和&轻读&的情况下，音长分布出现双峰，表示它们的音长存在着受语句重音的影响和不受语句重音的影响两种情况；（3）词在&正常&、&重读&和&轻读&三种情况下，音高和音长的相互关系分别是：不相关、负相关和正相关。
