In order to meet the communication model requirements of hospital information standardization, the communication part of DICOM standard and the data structure have been analyzed detailedly. The DUL states-machine, DUL layer, and DIMSE service are designed. The DICOM interface in the workstation has been implemented to transfer ECG DICOM files.

为使中心监护站系统数据能够满足医院信息的标准化要求，本文深入研究了 DICOM 标准中的传输协议部分，针对中心监护站的 DICOM 接口部分，建立了数据及传输的对象结构，实现了 DICOM 传输服务的分层设计，包括 DUL 状态机、 DUL 层及 DIMSE 服务的设计；在此基础上，实现了中心监护站的 DICOM 传输接口，为远程医疗系统的扩展提供了一条新的途径。
