找出了进行BP神经网络训练时应考虑的水沙要素，采用C ++Builder语言编制的程序，对 3 0组高、中、低含沙量的水槽试验资料进行训练，发现训练值与实测值符合较好，说明得到的连接权能反映实际情况；用该连接权对 4组试验数据进行了预测，预测结果与实测值相差较小，表明用BP神经网络方法确定挟沙能力的可行性。

This study consists of three parts. Firstly the equivalently accelerative corrosive environment is determined through the analysis of statistic data of corrosion environment. Secondly the fatigue test is carried out under the constant amplitude cyclic loading for the specimens which are exposed in the corrosive environment for equivalent calendar time of zero year, 3 years, 8 years and 13 years. Four S-N curves with different corrosive time are obtained based on the fatigue experiment. Finally the regression method of S-N curves for experimental data is researched and a weighted least square fit is put forward in which the weigh of a group of test data is inversely proportional to the length of the confidence interval.

ANSYS can be applied to a lot of project fields and it can carry out structure analysis, nonlinear analysis, thermal analysis, electromagnetic field analysis, electric field analysis, fluid flow analysis and coupled field analysis etc.A combination beam is designed and on this beam simulation test using ANSYS and strength test using electrometric method are studied and contrasted. According to the functions of the electrical module ,the circuit is designed and the security and reliability of the system is analyzed. At last, the test scheme of the system is proposed and some experiments are carried out which validate the feasibility of the designed system.
