Connected with cross section patterns of freeway, the design method of drainable base course system and edge drainage system which meet to request are given too. The aggregate grading and mixture ratio of porous cement-treated macadam are obtained based on accurate survey on material properties and lots of laboratory experiments. After the construction of experiment road, a summary of mixing, spreading, roller compaction and maintenance process about subsurface drainage system is made, and the analysis on the cost of construction about drainable base course is also carried. According to the test of coefficient of permeability, porosity and strength of compression about local test samples and core samples, the paper concludes that main performance index of subsurface drainage system has achieved the design anticipated effect.

The antifatigue function of more than forty kinds of insect,fungi,bacteria and algae was studied and sifted first in this study by detecting swimming endurance and biochemical indexes. Then,in order to choose the better ones from the compoud additives formulas composed of L-carnitine, taurine, octacosanol,vitaminE and insectA ,a cross design experiment was done. InsectA was discovered in the first experiment that it greatly improved the antifatigue function in mice. Finally, the acute toxicities, thirty-day feeding effects and the mechanisms of No. 1 antifatigue compoud additives(No.1ACF) were studied.

The results obtained with an improved asphalt pavement analyzer show that the fatigue life of SAWI is 3.32 times that of the common asphalt concrete. The pull-out test results obtained with a modified material test system indicate that SAWI is of good interlayer bonding capability. Moreover, as compared with the control sample, SAWI is of strong preflection crack resistance.
