So, the thesis builds the pricing model of OTC financial derivatives with credit condition and market interest rate and test the pressure of OTC financial derivatives with Monte Carlo simulation according to VaR. Under the assumption of given interest rate shock, yield spread shows non-linear changes with different credit condition and product deadline.
